    I walked San Roque old course today my gym training sessions have really helped. Im very happy with my driver and 5 wood alot longer than last month that's for sure. THANK YOU

    Excellent segment, Alex. Nat is fantastic! To get to 120mph comfortably you may need more than once a week of training…. I have been on a similar journey for 2+ years and improved from 108 to 123mph with driver with game speed at 120mph. Power, over speed, plyometric, mobility, nutrition, physical therapy, and rest were vital. No quick fix. Keep at it and breakthroughs will come!!!💪💪💪🔥🔥👍👍🤙🙏🙏✊✊

    Hi,that’s the only way to become a good golfer.this days not playing,twice a week Weight and cardio training and every evening an hour off balls,all kind off drills some are yours,will be back strong for the holidays.new and improved.thank you

      Hi sr.simple golf goals:first not to have back pain and stomach pain in the end off a round so can play the next day.2nd to fill lighter ,younger.the last one is to out drive my sons ,the 22 drove 315 the other day.your video shows the work it takes.thank you

      Alex I actually gained close to 12mph ball speed so yes it did one thing I had to adjust was make sure I didn’t start using my upper body too much (swing with arms and chest)
