eure Videos sind einfach super hilfreich für Karatekas, die nicht unbedingt auf höchstem Niveau sind und keinen Zugang zu den Übungen haben, die Topsportler wie ihr benutzt um eine Stufe höher zu sein als der Durchschnitt. Vielen Dank, dass die Elite der Basis ihr Wissen vermittelt. Frage: Wie oft, damit es wirklich wirkt? hat 2x die Woche einen Sinn, oder muss es jeden Tag sein, um etwas zu bewirken?

Hallo Jerome, zunächst tut es uns leid dass die antwort erst jetzt erhälst aber im Moment sind wir beide ziemlich busy, Nun zu Deiner Frage:
Es klingt vielleicht etwas abgedroschen aber es ist nicht die Quantität maßgebend sondern die Qualität deines Trainings. Selbst wenn DU nur einmal die Woche trainierst aber mit 120% Intensität und Fokus kannst Du vorankommen. Auch gegen kurze Trainingseinheiten ist nichts einzuwenden. Und bedenke dass ein wenig Training immer noch besser ist als gar kein Training ;). Man muss einfach das Optimum aus seiner Situation machen.

You can get some cool training apps on phones now that imitate a friend tapping your shoulder at unpredictable intervals. I have one that let's you set the minimum and maximum seconds between reactions. Each reaction starts with the app playing a sound you choose like someone saying "punch"
