52 Illecillewaet Box Canyon - The Canadian Pacific Railway's Mountain Subdivision

Trainz, a virtual model railroad simulator, is used to present the Golden Age of the Canadian Pacific Railway, the years of construction, 1881 and 1885, and the decade or two that followed. This historical fiction combines facts about the railway with undocumented locales of the time that can now only be imagined.
The Illecillewaet River flows through a box canyon where the river narrows appreciably before emptying into the Columbia River.
