Hard to tell if this is the right platform for this. But ill try anyways as this is still considered business. Given the present conditions, is it better to invest into Real Estates or into Stocks? Which would yield better output.

@@Bear-foot1 few million dollar is nothing for the "rich". These are their vacation homes. So, when the cyclone comes, they ain't there. Whatever damage done, they repair. Jakarta on the other side, sinking slowly. Their government, the rich, planning to shift their capital to a less volatile place. Only the poor of the city being left to swim. You can see everywhere. Low areas of Mumbai where poor live in slums, get flooded every monsoon. Rich highlands and skyscrapers are completely fine with it. The last cyclone was the strongest recorded so far, destroyed poor and lower middle class neighborhoods. Rich and upper middle class took selfies in front of uprooted trees. So, if we keep using fossil fuel globally, poor and lower middle class will just get exterminated in several catastrophic events. Rich will profit from it. Upper middle class will live to seeve the rich in all their needs. :) It's no brainer really. Even highschool students understand this.
