There are extra lines on the adult one that i have no idea what to do with on the front. they seem to be for attaching the back piece to the front?
Do i need to print the adult size one out in A4 size or something else? (the one with Five Pages on the PDF, no visor included.)

Does it matter what type of cardboard it's is because the cardboard I use is kinda hard to mold into helmet form.

Cooper Pratt I agree, did you cut the back part a ton like in the video or did you keep majority of the back of the helmet. Because in the video the back part was cut a lot

I downloaded your PDO file for the 160 helmet base and noticed two pieces that are missing in the PDF version as well as the adult PDF file, is there any way to get those two missing pieces for the adult size?

I don't understand how to use the template for the visor? When I print both visor templates (for child and for adult) they are the same (same size) on one page, and they are very small. Are they supposed to be the same size whether adult or child?
Also, for the helmet template for adult, are you supposed to print them and use them as is from printing? Since some of the pieces seem be separated (cut off) onto different pages, are you supposed to cut them out and then join the separated pieces together?

+Cynthia Chan align the papers, join them with tape, then cut dali-lomo.blogspot.com/2014/06/power-rangers-helmet-diy-with-template.html . about the visor, you can just free hand draw it onto your helmet & cut :)

Do you have a template for helmets resembling the ones from Power Rangers Zeo? Those have the simplest yet coolest design! The hot glue you were using looked black instead of clear, was it a special variety?

im using the helmet template for my red hood helmet, turned out ok, any tips on using hot glue tho?
very small, easy trigger squeezes while you move it across the pieces so it does not make large globs. if ones form after hot glue cures I think you can file the globs down til they're even with the cardboard.
Do both the adult and child helmets pull over the head or is the adult a two-piece?

Two pieces of the helmet are not on the template: under the chin and bottom around the back. Basically, the 2 lowest parts.
Also, the two side pieces have overlapping lines.
Does it work on 20mm foam? Did I have to make any changes?
for 20mm, maybe you need to increase the template size a little
im an adult with a slightly bigger head, and the adult one does not fit my head. think you can scale the adult size to where each piece is .25 inches bigger all the way around? it would be very appreciated. thank you. you can also call it adult+

axlevace download the "PDF (adult) 190mm width" (not single), print "actual size" on A4 paper :)

Hey, so I'm making this helmet for my daughters costume on sat and I have one question. When you print out the PDF there's two print out that are almost the same difference is one print out has a mouth piece under it and the other has the chin part. Now is that the left and the right pieces because in your video you only used one and flipped it back n forth?

I have done the adult version template. Looks like a child size helmet. However I may have to somehow incrase the size of the template in order get it to adult size set up.

When I was making the helmet I faced a few problems when printing out the visors and the back/neck part. Visors are coming out small and the back/neck part is too wide. Any suggestions?
