I keep some dessicant packs in the skate bag and drop one in each boot when I get off the ice. It keeps their interiors dry between trips to the rink and avoids accumulating odors. YMMV, of course, but that works for me.

That’s the main reason why we like ours. There is also a rumor that due to their ribbed sole you can walk on ice in them, but Bruno has successfully disproven that theory 😂
