@seinlynn3738 I don't think there's any kind of a reset. It sounds like the calibration is off. I would just return it or exchange it for another one. It happens.

I may get a more expensive one next year to measure the stakes we cook on the grill. If I get another one I'll post another review here for that one. Thanks for watching...😊
