@@flowersherolls1700 Of course! Been loving all your vids! ❤️ 🌱 I thinks it’s natural both ways for you now but it may feel easier to slide the other way like when you front royal or honey. Just wrap your left foot behind your right one. For me it feels very similar to a honey grind and weight and feet are similarly placed.

it's funny you uploaded this yesterday bc I did my first frontsides at the park last night! :D tried some unity stalls and agreed that I def don't have the flexibility yet :P

I would expect you to front unity the same as you Honey. Just turn your lead foot to backslide position. Love the video as always.

Been trying to learn some new tricks recently and get out of that comfort zone.. some grinds just feel so alien to me but gotta keep practicing 🙌
I feel you man. It truly can be so aggravating when our mind wont allow our body to commit. That’s why I’m learning to take it back a step or 2 to work up our scattered brains to confidence. Agreed. Repeat the footing on flat ground. Your feet will begin to naturally go into the stall. You got this! Push through fear and into the other side!
