I got back into it this week and I’m using yours and Acosta’s videos to get my nerves back. Thank you for these vids they really help getting through that fear again
Dude. You confirming some ideas and approaches I’ve taken with this video shows me I’m on the right track. Thank you again for sharing your time, knowledge, and experience! I’ve been impressing my inner child lately and you’ve been a huge help with that. It’s been so dope. ❤️🙏🏻
Zach, your message adds meaning to the calling. I know that feeling of relating to another and feeling empowered. “Dope” describes this way of living. Connection. Feeling. Learning. Growing. I’m stoked too. Thank you for being here. Let’s keep opening up.✨ ONE 🌱
Hi Laura! Thank you for your feedback. I feel your warmth as well and I’m grateful for the space. This passion is action baby. Let’s keep going. One love sister 🌱
It's a great trick, right now I want to start sliding on the railings and this tutorial is very useful for me. Thank you for sharing so much and for encouraging us to gradually get out of the fear that doing some things about skating gives us.
Hey Adán! Nice hearing from you! Thanks for sharing your experience. It really is a great trick to conquer and further transition into other tricks! One step, one trick at a time. Keep going. One love brother 🌱
Dang. These videos help so freaking much. My girlfriend calls it my rollerblade yoga teacher. Great confidence booster and great vibes to send you on the right path on your skate sessions. 🙏
Hey Randal! Haha I love this so much. Your feedback has boosted my energy tonight. Thank you for being here. I’m so elated my experience is helping you and others. What a beautiful thing. Shred on⚡️ One love brother 🌱
Yes finally the second skill I learned after dropping in, surprisingly it took me 3 days to gather the courage to drop in (and a kid yelling send it). It took me 3 months fighting throw the fear of going on top of the rail. And that is about all the achievements in my season this year. I found out all those tricks on a Miniramp are going to take a lot longer then I expected. But 1 year later and a new set of Frames and now I can frontside on a rail without fear, I even did 1 backside once :) I can also do royale only from one side but it's a hit and miss. But till now I have no clue why I can not slide on my soulplates at all. They just act like breaks on top of the rail. Looking forward for your next videos :)
Ah me too I have the soulplates that hardly slides. Wax and speeds helped me (but that’s scary haha) as well as not having my soulplates lying flat when I am on the ledge. But argh, still can‘t get over the fear and the ‚technicalilty‘ of jumping both legs 😅, I only can step on, which isn’t so good…. Let’s be patient with ourselves :P
Hey Jordan! Yes! I love reading your progression. There’s no rush.. just skate as much as you can and you’ll feel more natural. But I’m just stoked for you that you’re getting up there in confidence now. It’s a great feeling. You know this! I’m proud of you for pushing through. Sounds like you need a coat of wax or 2. Don’t go over 2… you don’t want it too slippery. Let me know how it goes! Thanks as always for being here Jordan. I’m grateful for your feedback and your experiences. One love brother 🌱
Hey again! Agreed. Wax. More speed yes, but a little wax will allow a little less speed until your comfortable. I know it though. Jumping up is insanely scary. Agh it’s soo scary! Hahaha. Patience. Keep jumping on top of the rail with your shoes on. This will grow your confidence. You got it! I believe in you. Now believe in yourself. One love🌱
Gratidão por tua generosidade, estou neste processo de bloqueio por não querer fazer nada errado. Mais vi que com vontade eh dedicação irei triturar está barreira! Peace. 🇧🇷🙏👏👏👏👏
Been working at frontsides which terrify me way more than soul tricks. I feel that super slippery feeling when sliding the h-block over the rail and immediately can't help but think of slipping. A few times I have tried to slowly jump up to frontside grind I slip out and have a nice slam. Working through the fear and pain in the attempts will be a worthwhile struggle but man is it offputting.
Hey hey! I totally feel you. Frontside is truly terrifying. Get on top and lean forward and over your leading foot. If you’re leaning towards your back foot, you’re definitely slippin right off. Get on top and lean over that leading foot. Man, I feel like I didn’t say that in the video. Smh haha. I believe in you. You’re going to feel it and it’ll click. You got it. Thanks for being here. I’m grateful for your feedback. One love 🌱
Hi! Both of those exercises. With shoes, jump on the rail. This is for confidence that you can get up there. Repetition is the name of the game. Thanks for being here! One love 🌱
its sick that you bring up having to keep your legs rigid when actually sliding because youll slip out if you dont have the strength to keep yourself in that upright, bent knees position. thats something i took way too long to figure out when i learned frontsides the first time.
6:00 the helmet sparkles shining on the rail lol
That’s awesome your such a free spirit. Makes it easier to watch and learn
That's a kick ass rail
Hi. Agreed! It’s such a perfect rail. 👊🏼

What jeans are they hun. Do they have inbuilt pads or are they underneath xxx
How do you avoid slipping out?
Anyone has tips to be able to go from stepping on obstacle to jump? Doing it with shoes? Repetitions until you “unlock” the trick?
