In Canada (or at least Alberta anyhow) if you are in a accident and it’s not your fault our insurance doesn’t go up it’s only at fault persons that goes up. Take care

I hope they don't double your insurance Trevor, that is just being greedy as you havent''t made a claim. It disgusts me the greed in this country at the moment. You will need to shop around and get the best deal, don't stick with the same company if they treat you like that. See you tomorrow, bye!
They should not increase your insurance premium... coz will be a " no fault claim"....other persons insurance company will be paying full costs to them plus value of vehical. If they do try to do that ..speak out n quibble! N get quotes from other companies! If necessary tell them about your you- tube videos! ( alls fair in prangs n insurance companies!) You will be amazed at the results!

@@trevorpat-lifeontherun I understand your view point - however in these ' modern times' with majority of insurance companies doing 'on line' business and the Social media phenonomen having a very real level of 'influence' they will not take the risk of being seen to being 'less than fair'.....I don't get it myself -- but really can't do no harm....keep it as a last resort option if they " try it on"! ❤️

They are making a no fault claim. But they shouldn’t have to pay double.
I only renewed my insurance in May and it took me most of the day shopping around, only to find who I was with was the cheapest. 😊
