I recently used these methods to build a bridge in Z4 from the main island to the southernmost island with the military base. I mainly did it just to see if I could. Turns out the admins on my multi-player PVP server loved it, and left it standing (and even made the access point a custom area). Now we all have a new place on the map to explore and fight on, and have another military base to loot without having to own/build a boat. It was tedious and time consuming to build (16+ hours in game) but it was fun seeing the reactions. Thanks for the inspiration!
Does the bench and/or table method still work? I've been trying, but am having problems trying to get the foundation and blocks to clip into place on the stairs....

The feature should be removed so people can't abuse it, if people don't know about it the developers doesn't know it aswell, and this glitch is in the game long enough and imo it should be fixed before 0.7 comes out, its just not fair to other people who doesn't know about it.
As a dev myself, we write software to perform specific functions. Users will ALWAYS discover new ways of using it that we devs hadn't considered. I'll let you in on a secret; if it doesn't negatively affect the software, we have better things to work on.

Hope they just make building simpler & more open to creativity with the update. Silly we gotta go through this kinda stuff to get some cool builds :/
i agree, but when patch 0.8 comes we will get modular base building, so that will be a game changer

this method doesn't work anymore, it was possible in 0.6 there is a new method and you can see it on my new video on my channel

we have been using most of the stuff on officals, nobody got banned so far. We call this a secret feature 😀
