Half a pack of spaghetti, 3 cloves of garlic, small pack of unsmoked lean bacon, 4 eggs, a quarter pack of mature cheddar cheese, mushrooms if desired, salt and black pepper to taste. Chop up the lean bacon and sauté in a frying pan with the garlic and mushrooms.Break the spaghetti in half and place in a pan of boiling water with a dash of olive oil and salt, once spaghetti is cooked drain and return to pan. Add the bacon garlic and mushrooms, mix in throughly, mix the eggs into the mixture on a low heat and add the grated cheese, pinch of salt and black pepper.keep mixing until egg is cooked and all the spaghetti is coated in the mixture. Give it a good stir Kay getting to the bottom of the pan then serve hot. If you think it is a little dry you can add a splash of single cream. My family likes it without the cream. Serve with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese if liked. I think yourself and Lee would like this. Good luck and thanks for making me smile.
