I’m a undergraduate currently focused on a major of International Economics and Trade. The Trading part is quite hard, practical and more adventurous to us basically. Because of the COVID-19 situation we had to fly back to our home countries and sadly we’re still continuing our studies online classes without practical sessions. yep the struggle is real. Most of our projects got paused due to the lack of practical knowledge so yeah, I really enjoyed the discussion although the discussion was 1:30h long it almost felt like 10minutes for Me. The process is quite amazing to see how things connecting together at the end. When your doing a advanced payment most of the payments are divided in to two parts according to suppliers terms and conditions: 30% & 70% from the total value. 30% to place the order and manufacture the products 70% you can pay after the products are made and examined TRUST BETWEEN THE B&S: In order to do a trustworthy business You should build up a mutual connection between you and the seller my friend. Simply most of the online sourcing sites comes with a function key for video calls and products checking facilities or using Emails and other social media sites. While connecting with the supplier You have to run a little research regarding the suppliers Information. Refer the suppliers company details and all ensure wether they are correct yeah QUALITY CHECKING: When it comes to the quality checking there are inspection agencies out there. Do a little research about them via Internet. And they’ll inspect the product inside the where houses before the supplier lords the products to the container. There’s always ricks but when it comes to the shipping world you should always try to minimize them while finding solutions. Do your research my friend. I wish you good luck.

If you're planning to import more than once. you should register you as an entity in Inland Revenue. Then you will get a TIN number from them. If you're going to claim the VAT, you should register a VAT number as well. After that, you have to go back to the customs and register in customs, according to their procedures with above TIN and VAT numbers. But if you're importing good for personal use (one time import Ex: Personal Vehicle), you don't need to register as an entity. you can import it to your personal details.
