Kamran Ince is probably one of the most important composers in Turkey of the 21st Century. His musical style is neoromantic and his interests lie on history, both past and current. However, his concertante works draw elements from a more Turkish folk vein; such as the present work. Employing Turkish instruments as soloists, it evokes folk music bands and makes them contrast with the modern orchestra in a sparkling work.

I think, İnce is one of pioneers of the new Turkish culture which is pressed traumatically between the east and west.

Bana Ives'ın Evren Senfonisini hatırlattı. İnce muazzam bir besteci!

Interesting , to take note for future works but this piece does not deserve special praise. Fasil Say is by far wider, a genial composer and improvisor as much as the young Turkish musician playing New Age kind of music.

This is not something to be measured. You know, you just can't define art in millimeters or something like that.

I doubt if even Say would agree with this. Also, you use 'new age' in context incorrectly.
