The “euphoric” high from powerful painkillers involves a loss of concern (e.g. being carefree) that IS connected with depression and the loss of desire. Consider bodily detachment, including overeating.
Importantly, depression involves a loss (or a very significant reduction) of desire; as desire consists of intention and concern, thereby including interest as well. IMPORTANT. (Life can become increasingly undesirable in depression.) Consider emotion AND feeling. The integrated extensiveness of thought AND description is improved in the truly superior mind. BALANCE AND completeness go hand in hand, as imbalance and loss go together. Thought, emotion, AND feeling are interactive.
Importantly, addictions narrow and reduce experience. Addiction is inseparable from loss, escapism, imbalance, and/or distraction.
Consider what is desire. Consider long-term and treatment resistant depression. Now, consider emotional pain and loss. (Consider insensitivity, diminishment, and numbness.) Now, consider addiction; and carefully consider thought and memory. Importantly, thought, emotion, AND feeling are interactive.
Life is about living. Depression is agonizing and can be crippling. Sadly, a person may even choose death over living given the relative (or relational) absence of desire (and the desirability of life/living). Depression, when combined with addiction, is especially debilitating and is very dangerous.
Depression is very serious. In understanding the range that is and involves being depressed, life is understood to become significantly and incrementally unfulfilling, undesirable, difficult, unrewarding, burdensome, unsatisfying, and unpleasurable.

all very good, but the use of Omega - 3 need to be further investigated and researched and/or expanded here also to compare to other medications as it is a natural treatment in comparison to the others.

I’m certain those drugs are the cause. I had severe suicidal thoughts myself when they did that to me. Almost killed myself. Those doctors have blood on their hands, they prescribe it recklessly while those drugs have a black box warning.

@Teresa the agitation is called ‘Akathisia’ you can look it up. It’s a severe inner restlessness induced by psychiatric drugs. Many kill themselves because of that unbearable side effect. It’s caused by switching, upping and lowering doses too fast. Stupid psychiatrists have no clue they’re ruining brains.
