@@pacpacfujishima They are basically the MSX1 graphics - with colour-clash, but output to (I believe screen 5?) If only the MSX had the same smooth-scrolling trick that was available on the NES (basically the NES shifts the whole screen by a few pixels) it would have been so much better! (also sprite flicker was a bit daft)

Is this version for MSX1 or MSX2? If it be MSX1, how the developers got the "fine scroll"?
MSX1 version running in MSX2 (which explains the fine scroll)

Looks like a MSX1. There is also a nemesis and salamanter with smooth scroll for MSX1.
An enhanced nemesis in a MSX2 should be much better than this.
Could look closer to Space Manbow maybe.
