I used to have a cat like that and her name was Sabrina (We basically adopted her after her owner abandoned her when she was almost two when she moved houses) but unfortunately died a few years ago after she got sick and died during the night while at the vets for observation.

The tracks are screwed on cellular concrete slabs (Ytong) and then covered with ballast split.
