His accusation about valve allowing cheating and accusing pro players will be a mystery. Valve left EISC in charge of match manipulation and betting fraud and other integrity challenges pose to esports. "cheating" EISC has to go through extensive information on players game play and data. Hearing from HLTV from Spunj ,striker and prof about questioning ESIC's integrity with certain bans layed on players , organizations and coach's will be a mystery about this iceberg. Though we cant speculate without proper proof. My point is did Don Haci know something that valve or organizations knew. Cause signing NDAs could keep things from leaking out about the cheating.

Tried to contact Haci himself for clarification but forgot there are slim chances of getting an answer. I suppose you're right, I haven't done much research on ESIC although I've heard about them not doing enough regards match fixing, might someday look more into it ESIC's work though. Regards Valve's positon on cheating, I'm confident in Valve actually caring for the scene integrity I don't want to get into that conspiracy theory though because there is no evidence they don't. Haci himself received an e-mail from Valve, might be not believable for some. A lot of people aren't aware there are/were few gotv and demo review bugs where it would look fishy af even if it was legit for example, getting the last kill of the round and the persons aim would just snap to the target which would make people think it was 100% toggle so not everything can be proven though the footage.
