I've tested that faucet quite a bit now and I feel pretty comfortable recommending it. It continues to function as advertised. I like its simplicity and USB rechargeable capability. I wouldn't use it for taking a shower or washing the car but it's perfect for washing hands and brushing teeth and getting a drink of water. And at a price of around $15, it's not a very risky investment.
I know I'm a bit late but hope you had a great trip. I'm just building a campervan myself right now so as soon as the borders are open I'm gone, can't wait.
@@VantasticPacifica no don't have that anymore. I now have a 4wd Toyota Hiace wide body so a bit more room than the Delica, and a bit newer. But the Deli was a very reliable vehicle and very tough
@@offroadrover Yes, and it looked amazing! If it were a little bigger and maybe had a little more power, it would probably be the perfect vehicle! I'm not sure what a Toyota Hiace looks like but I'll look it up. We can't get vans like this in the states. :-(
@@VantasticPacifica For now do not expect any problem since yours is brand new, but in a few year they become piles of rust and everything starts falling apart. I am on my 4th Town and Country and I like them but I buy them because they are very cheap used.

Hey, thanks for the sub! A Grand Caravan should work great. And you can totally have a similar setup for a helluva lot less. If you can get by with an Igloo electric cooler, you've already saved $750. But don't skimp on the bed. Quality sleep is essential for good health. You don't have to spend a lot, just make sure you're comfy. This includes adequate window covers. And here's some more advice you didn't ask for... When you finish your setup, spend the night in your van while still at home. By morning you'll find some stuff to change.
@@VantasticPacifica I've got some stuff already and been on some overnight trips with it and I have it on my page too, so if u ever wanna stop by feel free to do so ..
Portage, just south of Kazoo, right? My X grew up there, first time I walked on water ( frozen lake but doesn't sound as cool) just behind her moms house. Now live in Oregon. Anyway best of luck to ya.

I just got back from California to Connecticut drive in same van. Your build looks great!
Really? How was your trip? That's a nice little drive!

@@VantasticPacifica thanks. But you've done pretty good for your size van too. All the best. I'll try and post a video when I'm done.
you have earned a sub
Awe, thanks Doc! Much appreciated.
Can you get weathershields for the windows? They'll allow you to crack open a window for ventilation without letting in rain or other things.
I made something like that. I'll post a video soon.
Man you're alright with me. Just love the simple built van.
Right on! I appreciate that!
Exciting road trip!!
Yes it was. I actually don't need my road trips to be that exciting. I'll take boring any day.
Looking forward to your next video. Love the ending....lol.
I'll be posting part 2 in a few minutes...
yes cash is important
I still usually bring back the exact same cash I left with but it's still a good idea to bring it anyway.
I have a 2010 t&c. Love the stow n go. I'm working on sleeping 4. The bunk bed idea for kids will get to shall soon
That's a lot of people! You guys must really like each other. Lol.

So far, mine has been great!

You might be thinking of Portage Michigan. I'm in Indiana but it's basiclly the same region of the country.

Yeah, to get a more perfect car, I would have to build it myself. In a few months I'll do a 1 year review.
only 10 monster energy drinks for a 14 day trip? you may need to resupply. loving your setup, and the videos.

Well let me know if you ever come up with a good solution.
Hope you made it back okay and are Covid free, good job on the van build.
Lol, yes I did. But this was in September before anyone ever heard of covid19.
