    Absolutely phenomenal teacher! She is calm, communicative and speaks to the lay person effortlessly and kindly. Her guidance into this chakra is very supportive and loving - no flash in the pan, making a yoga video for ad revenue silliness. I've been using a lot of yoga videos lately (probably about 35+ in the last few weeks) and this was the only one that was so wonderful that I had to immediately comment and applaud her.

    WOW!! I was crying most of the practice and it felt so good to let it all go and cry. This practice really helped me release whatever feelings I was holding onto in my hips and groin.
    Thank you so much for this! I feel so much more relaxed, light, and relieved. I will continue this practice to undo more work. I feel like this practice cracked open the emotions I've been bottling up and I intend to release all of it so that my sacral chakra is balanced and healthy again. Thank you once again. Continue shining your light for those, like me, who've gotten comfortable in the dark.

    Your series is helping me become so much more flexible it's amazing the results in the body, I didn't realise how stiff I was. After driving a car all day it helps so much and my mother in law is now doing your neck and shoulder series and has helped her immensely. Thanks Jan

    Cole chance and Jen hillman are the two I've done yoga classes with out of everyone on yoga tx, but I did coles 7 day yoga and now I'm doing Jen's 7 day chakra. These free videos have made me feel so much more in tune with my body, feel more comfortable in my skin and more connection to my soul, my chakras and the power I contain within me that I need to utilize. I really appreciate these videos and this has helped me in many ways- my mental health, physical health, and my relationships with others and general outlook on life. I cannot stop telling people the wonders of yoga. Much much love to you all.

    Wow! With all that hamstring prep in the beginning I actually made it into reverse triangle. I'm impressed. I don't think I've ever in my almost 15 years of practice gotten the full rotation. Thank you! Will be sharing this sequence in my classes, with credit of course! 💜

    I love doing this one on days when I'm PMS-ing and generally just feeling very emotional and overwhelmed. After I've done this, I feel balanced and not as emotional as I was before. It really works!! Thank you so much for your videos.

    APPARENTLY my Sacral Chakra is very out of balance! lol.
    Thank you for doing a full series on this. Every chakra should have physical attention to it as much as conceptual.

    Honestly , I started Jen hilman yoga 4 years a go when I couldn't move my body in the mornings and had lots of stiffness. I started her exercises because it was in slow moving and I saw the result in 3 month and get obsessed with her exercises still feel good when I am doing her exercises. she is amazing.

    This is really good to release tight hamstring. When I warm up, I can not reach my head to my knee. After do this yoga, I can reach my head to my knee again

    I only wish a few of the move are beginners friendly. I still try to figure out more transition for flexibility and modify my body from been obese. Thank you because of you a year ago I started my journey of weight loss I lost my first 20 lbs so I can do more exercise and from there a year later 80 lbs more flexible and better mobility to do more. 💜👍😊
