I 45 yo experienced myself. It really works. Subcision with canula + radiesse filler + vbeam laser + yellow laser. At home using cerave retinol. Result 80% improved
How many sessions did you have for each treatment? For example, did you have simultaneous subcision and Radiesse filler in one week, and then Vbeam laser and yellow laser treatments once a month?
Dr Lim, How deep do scars on forehead have to be to warrant use of filler? I see so few videos as well as gallery photos (if any) addressing treating acne scarring on forehead. Can you address this? What are the challenges? Is their hope?
Doc, I am currently 3 months off accutane and my skin feels oily again as it naturally was before the treatment. I intend to do a tca 25% peel to help with the residual hyperpigmentation of treated acne. What are your thoughts about this? And what do you recommend?
Hi Dr. Lim, would dermal filler be an option for indented/pitted post surgery scars specifically for alarplasty scars on the sides of and under the nose? Thank you!
Hello Doctor, I have suffered from very severe acne since I was a child and in adulthood, which has caused it to be inteoverted, insecurity, tried with many treatments such as laser picoway, fractionated Co2 laser, Isolaz, radiofrequency, Fraxel and my skin has improved a lot, however there is still a little more to fill in so that the appearance of the skin is . See Lisa, please guide me since I would like to have permanent results.
Hello Dr. Lim. What are the best permanent acne scar treatment for African America skin with box car scars, ice pick scars and hyperpigmentation ? Do you know of a good practitioner in Northern California near Sacramento or San Francisco?
Dr Lim, how do you measure depth of scars? You mention .2 or .3 mm, but how does one measure that? Never heard my derm refer to depth nor sure he would know how to measure.
Hello Dr. I’ve watched you since I found you quite a bit ago. I wish you lived in the USA upper Midwest. I’ve had acne scarring forever since I grew up in the 50’s and 60’s. Dermatology was pretty much unknown. Hence, my problem. I have never found anyone that can help me. Having acne scarring has made me feel inferior all my life. I was wondering if you knew of anyone closer to me that I could get treatment from. Minneapolis Minnesota is about as far as I can travel. I live in Fargo, ND, USA. I wish I could come to you. That would be a dream come true. Thanks for reading my comment!
I grew up in the 60's as well. I understand you. Can you not research derms in Fargo itself or some larger city around your area? Listen to Dr. Lim's videos first and understand what you need. Then research based on his recommendations. That's how I learned as any doctor can sell you anything for money. You need to be armed with knowledge first. Hope this helps.
Can you do fillers in forehead and temples for acne scars? From what I've been told, drs do not want to do it in this area because of the high risk of occlusion. So how is one to deal with atrophic acne on forehead? Is there any hope? I see so many videos here and everywhere addressing acne scars, but nothing addresses the forehead. Are those that have acne scarring on forehead doomed? Microneedle and subcision, don't seem to do much. Would love to hear your recommendation for this area that seems to be neglected and avoided by all.
Dr Lim, I have a lymph node in the neck that some years ago got inflamed and apparently it developed scar tissue and now looks like a lump sticking slightly out the side of my neck. Is there anything that can be done about it?
stay out the sun and it takes about 6+ months to see full results... I've had 5 laser sessions + 3 infini needling and I still have scarring. you might need other techniques to get rid of it or a CO2 laser
Maybe you better for deepest dermapen like 2.5 with prp or hylaronic acid. It's good and cheap you can start at home with 4 weeks gap. I've done my scars are better now, not free of scars but so much better. I've done one co2
@@TherealArthaslickkin hello, thank you so much for replying, i don’t expect perfect results, but would you say the laser sessions you have had have improved your scarring? actually i just got one done yesterday. looking forward to see results
@@futuretv.futuretv hello, i mean i do laser CO2 cuz it’s cheap and it’s also a very big form of technology, but when i get some improvement i’m definitely going to start dermapen for maintenance as the laser would be an extra cost
JUST A SUGGESTION.... WHY DON'T YOU SHOW ACTUAL PATIENTS WITH THESE PROBLEMS THAT YOU ARE DISCUSSING AND THEN SHOW THE AFTER RESULTS?.. THAT WOULD BE A LOT MORE INFORMATIVE AND YOUR VIEWERS UNDERSTAND THE PROCEDURE THAT THEY ARE UNDERGOING A LOT BETTER

@Mariana Torres Robles yes it has, but I would suggest doing a strong laser once and take 2-4 weeks off instead of wasting your time on weaker lasers
