I learned a lot from the items that were sent in today! Thanks to the friends of the channel who sent some amazing items and please visit Toys For Tots and the Make A Wish foundation for more info!
Joey, it’s so cool to have you in the collecting world, it’s people like you that will help encourage the next gen’s! and I promise I’m coming to see you over there soon. 🙏🙏
It's so nice to see my big yellow box behind you! I hope you like all the little things inside and I'm waiting to see all the great things other viewers have sent you. Let's go, unbox everything!!!!
@@thepadawancollectorofficial So glad you like it, brother! It is a small thank you for all your great videos and friendship! Anyone messing with your certificate or bounty will answer to me and my blaster!
I got to say Joey, I have had the same problems in the past with my PO BOX. I have it all sorted now and the folks at the post office know me as Usualmike Television. You have some amazing gifts sent to you in this video, congrats!
What a great community out there! Whilst I have been more of a collector of diecast figures as I was a 60's/70's boy, I saw 4,5 &6 Star Wars movies first hand which I may have mentioned prior to the Padawan. So now I am an original Kenner's collector also and thus a fellow Padawan!
I wanted the Ewok Village playset as a kid, but my parents never got it for me. But they did get me some other cool Star Wars toys growing up. I still have most of them, but some of the parts are missing, and I've had to purchase them second-hand in comic book shops. It's fun and nostalgic to go hunting for them! Your displays are amazing! Fantastic mail haul, too!
I agree, Mary, its SOOOO nostalgic and therapeutic to go on those toy hunts for vintage toys and relive them. Even if we dont buy them, its awesome to window shop and be reminded "oh yea, I remember that!" Thanks for hanging out and watching the video, Mary
I had like 3 ewok playsets all in incomplete condition from buying and selling collections back in the day... It's always the little parts that people pay alot for because they are always missing. You could still get a ewok village base without the small parts cheap.
I still have my original Sarlac Pit game 😂🙌It sets up inside the box, really cool. It's actually a good size enough to use with the regular size figures 😆I always just played with the little figures that came with the game mostly. They're the same size as the die cast except plastic. You got a lot of really cool stuff there my friend 😎 Happy collecting 🤙
The sarlac pit would make an amazing diorama for the action figures, that right!!! Great idea!!! Thanks for the idea and for hanging out and watching the video, Scott. I hope your weekend was great.
Loved the unboxing. I absolutely cherish my Battle at the Sarlaac Pit game. I consider it a lost Kenner Return of the Jedi playset as it goes right along with the other cardboard backdrop sets and delivers something from a great scene we otherwise did not get as a regular playset. It provides a semi scale pit for your 3 3/4" action figures complete with sarlaac maw and tentatacles at the bottom. I keep it in my playset collection rather than on its own with games. Perfect to pull a couple of skiffs up alongside. What a cool gift you received. Keep up the great work.
Hey Matt! OMG you are right!!!! IT IS A PLAYSET!!!!! It would be so great as a diorama!!! Thanks for the kind words and I really appreciate you watching.
Hey JR! Yes I have been involved with both of them for a long time. The make a wish foundation since 2000! I’m really glad you are enjoying the videos 🙌🏼
What a ride! You got the most paranoid post office Lol, also next time rep Cypress in your hoodie when you pickup the mail haha. Dude those board games are insane! Along with the graded cards, the vintage stickers, and everything else! I really like to see how much love you get from the community you help build, congratulations! And MTFBWY
First I like to say that is so great to donate for kids. They all deserve a smile! Sorry for all the trouble you went through with my package (next time I will write that what you read is Greek and not Russian)!! It was great to see you enjoy every item that I have sent you and to put my certificate in a frame, thank you! It was sad to see my rebel soldier split in half. (trying to put liter fluid around the plastic dome so it could soften the glue to lift it, option 2 play all day with it to see if you could get him back in position haha!!) Once again, a great video with great gifts from the community!
I'll try that!! I cant thank you enough and your thoughtfulness behind everything you sent. They are displayed in my personal office. I think the post office was toying with me, so please dont think you have to do that.
@@thepadawancollectorofficial Do let me know if you manage to open the rebel soldier, if not don't worry about it I will make and send you another one !!!
I'm glad you like the gifts bro., that Sarlacc game is complete, but the Jaba and Boba pieces where supposed to be attached to the sprew still, the seller did a bad job shipping. sorry about that. I hope you finish the boardgame run. Unused content or BUST, lol. P.S. Rip that Tuck and let him breath.
Can't thank you enough brother, those are some GORGEOUS pieces! And if I do open the Friar Tuck I will certainly do it on the air and with a bead of sweat on my brow, lol. I've never opened a "vintage" sealed card before, but if you insist, I guess I MUST! Thanks again man 🙏
I’m shocked that more people do not use double sided scotch tape to reapply game labels or any sticker to a plastic object, it works fantastic and it’s not as permanent if you need to remove it later to adjust. Good luck!🍀
Ugh! USPS clerks that couldn't make it to the FBI are trying to (over)do the FBI's work with no knowledge of anything. Glad you got your packages in the end. I think I had that Sarlacc game for awhile. I really wanted to integrate it into my Micro Collection, but eventually gave up and sold it off.
Hey bro, I asked you awhile back if you wanted my land of the Jawas base. You told you had found one , but thanx. As I said then, I just have the tan colored base, actually 2 of them with 2 escape pods. No sandcrawler back drop, though. I do have a box that one of them came in. I just discovered the box had the original owners manual or instructions or whatever you wanna call it. I wondered if when you got yours, if you received that. I know those are scarce sometimes. If not, let me know and you can have this. I don’t need it and it may add a dollar or two to your play sets “worth”. Peace out
@@thepadawancollectorofficial you’re more than welcome Joey! I’m glad to see you’ve solved the mystery with the PO and some awesome gifts from the SW community. I love the pay it forward donations 👍🏽
Hello sir, what Acrylic would you recommend for your adventures of r2 d2 game? I just purchased a escape from Death Star game and want to protect and display it
I havent seen acrylics that custom fit these games, but there is a product from Collector Displays in the UK called MOD BOX that would fit these. Check them out.
