I am still watching this, the thing that comes to mind is with "commissions" of 50% to the "lawmaker", 5% to the "chief of crimes", and God know how much to the head of the implementing agency, how much money actually benefits the people for whom the money is intended for. This is why we opposed any concept of pork barrel funds back in the 80's and 90's, it is a magnet for corruption. "lawmakers" are supposed to make law not indulge in public works.

Yon po ang hinahanap din naming mga OFW. kaya dahil hindi transparent ang mga officials sa lahat ng aming itinulong, tinamad na kaming mag solicit para tulungan pa ang gobyerno natin. Pag may gusto po kaming tulungan, especially those people affected by disasters and typhoon, dinederekta na namin sa areas affected, mas mabilis pa ang dating ng tulong namin. Nakapag pagawa pa ng school sa Ilo-ilo para sa mga batang mag-aaral ang perang aming itinulong. You can't blame us, we learnt from our mistakes.
