Trio Azul was born on a surprise gig at the Blue Note club in São Paulo, Brazil when North American Cindy Borgani was called to sit in with the Brazilian instrumentalists, Daniel Grajew (piano) and Zeli Silva (bass). Brought together by Chico Macedo(saxophones), Trio Azul presents here a spur-of-the-moment surprise version of Charlie Parker’s Anthropology with new lyrics penned by Cindy Borgani and a delightful solo by Chico Macedo on Baritone saxophone
