- The BMW 3 Series stands for leadership towards the future. It has modern clear-cut lines, contours and technologies that speak to its cutting-edge quality. A new design language is communicated by its optimized aerodynamics, the glass roof with a slide and lift function and its sporty proportions. Among the many innovations included in it are new shock absorber machinery, laserlight headlights that reach nearly twice as far as conventional ones and a digital key in the form of the Connected app on your phone. The large-surface screen grouping of the instrument cluster and Control Display as well as a wide selection of driver assistance systems make the drive smooth and effortless. With its clear surface layout and driver-focused cockpit, driving pleasure was never so easy to have.
Through energy and dance, this TV Commercial conveys not only the many features of the BMW 3 Series, but the joy and passion that it embodies.
In the opening scenes, a man and a woman dance towards a four-door BMW 3 Series Sedan. One of them unlocks the car with the Connected app and they drive along the highway until they encounter an Asian street market. It looks like they are stuck in the crowded street, but they simply use the reversing assistant to get back on to the road and drive off. After they have passed a group of street dancers, they decide to play a trick on them:
The man uses an app to turn off the music and the dancers stop. They can only resume when he presses the button again. When they are near their destination, the BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant tells them where to park. After scoring a full strike in the next scene, the couple rushes out of the bowling alley - only to find the BMW 3 series pulling up in front of them, ready to be driven.

sadly BMW dropped this slogan years ago when they decided to focus more on luxury and creature comforts. If I were Hyundai, I would pick up BMW's old slogan and use it for the new Genesis G70- a 3-series competitor that still has the option for 3 pedals and a manual transmission.

For people complaining about not seeing the car in the commercial, for God’s sake this is a Bmw 3-series ad, do you really need to see the car?? 3 series is legendary already. And this ad is to draw your attention and it clearly did.

I can happily report that the new G20 is amazing to drive. It's a big upgrade from the old F30. The steering is more precise and the chassis is a dream and it's very quiet inside.

I couldn't agree more. I have always admired BMW as a driver's machine, a brand that made its name by connecting the driver to the road. I just acquired my first BMW a few weeks ago - a 2010 535i with sport mode. It doesnt have the manual but I'm satisfied with the paddle shifters. When I see this next generation, I am impressed with the advanced comfort and automated features, but I wonder if BMW has traded in its pure driver roots for something else. I heard BMW was phasing out the manual transmission. Please don't. Keep creating machines for those who appreciate and connect with the road.

The two words that popped into my head when they were dancing were 'fluidity' and 'ease' especially since all the dancers were using similar movements. They are definitely trying to say how easy the car is to use even with all the technology and that its not overbearing or complicated. Especially with that statement at the end about not letting technology drive you. Maybe thats why they didnt have the car in there as much although i think they should have put them together alot more since the person has to work WITH the car. Okay im done
