If you think Pakistan will focus on internal issues then I'm not sure what should I call you. Just see the recent example of Bangladeshi coup. Pakistan ISI had a major role to play in it.

We want pakistan not to focus on internal issues instead we want them to focus elsewhere so real problem festers like a wound and then this wound becomes fatal for it. If you think ISI was the main conspirator in bangladesh coup and then you dont know anything about geopolitics.
Why would we want to change reality of pakistan now? Reality will automatically change once india's nominal GDP is beyond 10 trillion dollars untill then we all need to focus on making our country atleast a middle income country and make our government take steps to ensure that pakistan remains a poor income unstable country. Then we will see how the world look at us.

If the internal issues are not addressed, then people will start migrating because of poverty, inflation, unrest within the nation. Where will they migate? You know better (Geopolitics). This will change the demography and increase radicalization. This will lead to instability and riots which will lead to increased spending in defense and maintaining law and order (UK for example). This will also be harmful for our infrastructure (France for example). This will force investors pull out investments from the nation (Bangladesh or Turkey for example). This will lead to economic collaps

Regarding migration of muslims after unrest in pakistan or bangladesh, they cannot come to India because they believed in 2 state theory thereby their logic was they cannot live in hindu india because they are separate nation and thus they had partition of this nation. So they can migrate to any of 56 islamic nation but not to india.
