Nowadays people make fun of his voice, but he was trained opera singer. Before his acting career he was a singer/Voice actor with over 20 albums in 5 different languages, most of them awards winnings and billboards toppers. He even sang the beauty and the beast and mulan theme song for Disney.

I almost got in a fight the day Elvis died. I came in to work on a construction job and asked if everyone had heard Elvis died and a long haired hippy type friend of mine said, "who cares". Almost lost it.

I’m a big fan from this man, but never knew he could sing that well, great person he is
It makes sense that he can sing. Also, he was part of a Chinese opera performing company. Undoubtedly they had to dance sing and comedy and perform martial arts so he had to have all of those skill sets. Jackie said in an interview I once read that he didn’t excel at any particular thing, so it was required of him to know a little bit about all of the skills.
I know you could sing when I heard him do the closer I get to you with Chris Tucker in one of the rush-hour. At first I thought it was for grins and giggles’s with that. I have a listen to Jackie I said to myself” hey! Jack is doing that for real!”

Well, then it will surely shock you that he repeatedly cheated on his wife, disowned his illegitimate daughter and threw his son Jaycee against a wall when he was a baby. In early April 2016, a list published by the ICIJ revealed that Chan was involved in the tax and money laundering scandal published as part of the Panama Papers. I don't know how this sounds to you but for me that doesn't necessarily indicate good character.
