Thank you Busiless for the great video. It definitely helped me understand a few things in the airy side of drones. I like the stock reverb better in this case. I use Valhalla sometimes but find that I like the stock plugin more as I get used to using it. I have found in my limited experience that Ableton's stock plugins are very powerful tools that can do just about anything you like when comparing them. Sometimes stock lack some creature comforts (for lack of a better word) but the sounds essentially the same as paid plugins. I have also tried to make some of the higher twinkly sounds to add to my drones. Kind of a sparkle, spacy twinkle backdrop to the drone. I have been able to somewhat mimic this with bells type samples and echo to a greater or lesser degree. I am making a back drop for my granddaughters fairy themed video. So far she likes what I have made but I feel I can do better. I greatly appreciate your videos and taking time to help me with this one.

Oh that’s great to hear. So the stock skoro plugins are super powerful and combining few of them together can give you even better results than any order vst but exactly as you mentioned, you have to know what you’re doing to dial in something cool. 3rd party plugins usually serve narrower purpose but are easier to use. Stacking sounds also great idea, you can even stack synths on one track, and add something in even higher octaves, noisy stuff like an ocean waves or anything basically. I’d love to see the outcome of your granddaughter’s film ❤️. Ah an also thanks for the idea, the interest in that giro video surprised me a lot 😁
