My head canon for Kharne's left arm is that he pounded his fist so hard into the floor, after Slaaneshi noise marines decimated his Khorn marines, that his power armor split apart. I recall reading that somewhere and it seems very fitting for a mad f*ck like Kharne.

No special equipment or psykers; just faces meeting fists. They forsake their armor also as penance for their brothers and father who fell to Khorne.
