That's such awesome feedback, thanks Theunis! We really loved our time in Carriacou, it's a special place. Thanks for watching and following along with our journey.
At 17.38 you pass a rather good looking example of a Wharram. These vessels are a part of catamaran design history and have an a remarkably strong following for their seaworthiness. Worth a look into them on the ol' interwebs. Caz an I are building a Tiki 38. Great video, thank you.
Ahh, exciting stuff, building your own Tiki, best of luck with that. Hard work but so rewarding. Are you videoing any of the build, it's so nice to be able to keep the memories. We have seen a number of Wharram's over here, both in Trinidad and also further up the chain here. The concept of a boat that is lashed together is hard for me to get my head around but we have found all wharram owners are truly passionate about their boats.
Hey all you beautiful Republicans... so happy for yall, living it up🤘🏻... that Wharram is a nice boat. There's actually one for sale in Cape Town. Stay safe, love from Adrian in Cape Town
Hi Adrian, we've missed you recently 😉. The Wharram is a lovely boat and one of quite a few that we have seen over here. There are also a couple in Durban and in our experience, wharram owners are all super passionate about their boats.
You guys are probably not there anymore, however the quick route from Paradise beach to Hillsborough is via the beach. The only nasty bit is trough the mangroves, there is a path it's just the mosquitoes pick you up and eat you alive. The people on Carriacou are very friendly and always happy to point you in the right direction if you do get lost. I explored almost 90% of the island and knew exactly were you were in the video. [edit, I should of watched the whole video]
Hi there, yes we have moved along now but always love the feedback and suggestions regardless. No saying we won't end up back there one day. Thanks for watching.
very interesting, informative and beautiful turquoise sea and white sand, thankyou for your vlog
Thank you for your comment Michelle ❤️
Back twenty five years ago you were allowed to walk and drive across the runway , that was a real timesaver.
Best one yet! Looks like so much fun. Thanks for sharing.

Carriacou is a gem....luv watching the grass sway in the wind..
Don't worry it's pretty safe.
Paradise Beach.....very quiet, even on a busy day.
Paradise Beach is beautiful. We walked from Tyrell Bay across to Hillsborough and along the beach past Paradise Beach. It's all very special

Another nice video, great place Carriacou…..I spotted our boat name on the wall.
Yes, we saw your boat name there too. And a bunch of others that we recognised. Thanks for watching and commenting. 🙌
