Freaking sweet!! I made it in the video!! 😂😂😂 It was so awesome to meet you and sister Ward in person. Thank you for letting us crash your dahlia adventure and taking the time to chat!! Hope you guys had a great time at the coast!
Can’t wait for the tour of your flowers. Don’t wait too long! Your video from last year made me try my hand at dahlias this year and I am pretty happy with what I was able to do thanks to your help through the videos. Keep up the great content!
If you were in Canby, you were literally minutes from the northern side of the Oregon grass seed region. Did you get to check out the seed farms on your trip?
Great Swan tour. thanks.. Ive seen others but you put the Lawn Rebel twist to it! I watch mostly because of the dalia vids. Last year ,because of you I ordered many new tubers. All dinnerplates. What you said about the highs and lows, soooo ture. Lost a huge bud 3 days ago. I CUTit off by mistake. So piised.. Ive 20 living breathing dinnerplates right now. To everyone thinking of growing these, get to it! They will take over your life, and the garden.. Rex, northern W Va.. right on the Mason /Dixon line. ..
Beautiful tour of that production facility. I had no idea there were so many variations that can be so robust and vibrant. I have yet to plant a dahlia, but I will do one this year, just for you Connor. I'm going go for Nick Sr because I have a long growing season, and the color on Swan Sunset was spectacular. I am also a fan of the balls.
A lot of the Dahlias are standing erect with out help from adjacent ones for support. So many varieties, you can't appreciate them all if you know what I mean. The Swan Sunset caught my eye as well. They are day long sun loving plants for sure. Thanks.
You inspired me to try 3 dahlia plants. I think I over watered them or something because they looked pretty sick for quite some time but came back. The bushes got pretty good sized but they never flowered. They didn’t even create buds. It was quite disappointing.
How do you keep them upright? I planted a bunch this year. They’re like 6ft tall and the flowers are huge but half of them tipped over and the other half are leaning pretty bad.
@@lawnrebel lol not a "mysoil" test but a standardized soil test could tell you the differences between the farm soil and your soil. A lot of the varieties that you said did not grow well at your home do seem to be growing great at this farm. This information could allow you to grow much better dahlias at your home.
Certainly one of the reasons they don't want people in the rows, touching the flowers is because they don't want branches being snapped off....Cabana Banana.
Sweet dude their's probably grown without sand, herbicides & pesticides, & no POA or liquid fertilizers that look like the end of an oil change, 🤣🤣🤣. Safe to say your lawn slurry sludge concoction will never put 7/11 Slurpees out of business, 🤣🤣🤣
Lawn rebel living up to his name. Walking down rows. Turn up volume at 7:05, is that the sound of a breaking Dahlia stem? Haha
Conner, you're the man! I have never really paid attention to flowers all that much, but I think you have turned me into a Dahlia fan.
Beautiful dahlias....very nice. Thanks for sharing.
This is what I come to your Chanel for! Thank you
That place was so amazing

Oh my heavens.
Dang lookie lou’s crashing the video.
That was so pretty. Cool place. All the varieties are insane, and different. One of the coolest types of flowers out there. Thanks for the tour.
I want to grow dahlias just from watching your videos about them. They will definitely be in my beds next year.

So wonderful, thanks
Beautiful, thank you for showing them!
I need to try and get these flowers going down here in Texas. Love when you do videos on nothing but flowers. Makes the yard pop!
Amazing. Thank you.
So so cool…Thanks for sharing. I would really love to have some of those in my beds. What a beautiful place!
You can order tubers online from them
I wish I knew you guys were in town. I would have met ya down there. I still haven't made it to Swan Island dahlias myself. Thanks for sharing. 👊🏼
It was a whirlwind trip. Drove a ton. In and out incredibly fast
@@lawnrebel at least ya looked like you had a good time. 👍🏼

Just came from a Dahlia show at Longwood Gardens near Kennet Sq. PA! Saw many like the ones in your vid. Hadn’t really considered them until today.
They are amazing
That's awesome, such nice varieties! I only have a few bloomers, the others decided not to produce flowers... too little sun this season :(

That place is amazing! I really, really need to make space to grow these!
Good stuff! Excited to tackle some of these flowers come spring time.
I’m 15 min up the road from the farm. Have fun in Canby.

I live in the South Puget Sound area of Washington and love going down to Cannon Beach. Oregon has a beautiful coast and beaches.
Love these flowers. Can I stop by and see the dahlias when I’m in your home town this coming weekend?

I have an urgent urge to grow dahlias now.
They are amazing
Like a lot of things in life,Where do they come up with these flower names 🤔
Are you able to over winter them in Utah? Or do you have to dig them up in the fall. I’m in Sandy, Utah and have always planted them in the spring.
Would you consider using the land behind your house to do a large cut flower garden or vegetable garden?
Highly recommend going to Jetty fishery to go crabbing!
That sounds fun
How can I get into growing Dahlias? I am in Minnesota, where can I buy tubers?
Bring me back something nice!🌹
Yup
Notification squad feels so good now that I'm apart of it!

I sometimes have varying levels of success with Pooh as well😏
Was that a break at around 7 minutes :(
Glad you didn’t shorten the video cause you thought it was too long
I would test a sample of the farm soil and compare it to the soil in the beds at your home. find out what's the difference
My soil?
