I just found out about this description! Happy to help! big fan of your work!
You guys are awesome. Would love to partner up with the NFL someday. Spread the word? 😅
Highlight Heaven hi

I thought I was the only one paying attention to scoreboards change😂
nah man we all do it. also people always get nostalgic thinking about when networks used to have a certain type of scoreboard
Dang lol, I always point it out to my family and they don't realize it changed they don't pay attention lol
Same
Same
Z Man well you’re not
Now this is the type of football video I needed in my life
Shortest SB Champion QB lol same here
2001-2002. The laser sound when a team scored was epic
Agreed
Troy Morris especially the patriots last second field go
I loved when they did that in baseball after teams hit homeruns. Made it so much cooler sounding
@@andrewlarson7 same with Hockey on goals
2003 laser sound was better (audio was cut out in the video tho :/)

The 2006-2008 scoreboard is the most nostalgic, but my favorite one will always be the 2010-2011 scoreboard. The effects when someone scored was the best and I always liked how they put Christmas lights on the scoreboard during the holidays.
2:39 I would never like to see you apologize for quality. You are going through so much effort to pump out these great videos and I appreciate you and your hard work.
You really had to put 28-3 in the thumbnail huh?
SW Productions yeah. Best moment in NFL history!
SW Productions ahhh you must be a falcons fan.
SW Productions it’s the worst if you’re a salty sore loser
Sir Watermelon It’s worse if you’re a bandwagon and not a true fan. 90% of the Patriots fanbase doesn’t even live in New England
SW Productions not true. Other than St. Louis, there are no Pats fans in America except for New England. Ever see a Pats flag in Florida? Bet not
The huge difference in quality from 2003 to 2004 is unreal😮 2:11
Or maybe it’s just cause of joe buck😂
@@josephordaz8253 Yeah since 2004 was the Super Bowl, I was able to find a high quality version of the game
Fuck the patriots. Cheatin cocksuckers.
Trevor P 😂 Just the sight of the Patriots offends you
Highlight Heaven no it's cause I was born
2006-2009 is my childhood and when I first started watching football 😢
Justin Coleman sameeeee🙌🏽
My was 04-06
the clicking of the 2009 one brings back so many memories
Between seasons I see the scoreboard change and I’m like “boys look! They changed the scoreboard!” And they’re like “tf who cares” I thought I was the only one 😂
I’d love to make scoreboard for cbs/fox/nbc/ESPN
There’s a new scoreboard this season
Scoreboard best part about a football game lol
I agree so much!!
And to think they were only invented in the mid 1990s
@@patrick-xu1go yep.
Blue Skeptic which is exactly what the scoreboards in the video and what HANIGOAT PRODUCTIONS and literally everyone else here is referring to are
@@patrick-xu1go And the funny thing is they weren't universally accepted at first. Some people criticized the "FoxBox" for being distracting, lol. Luckily, everyone gave it chance and it definitely enhanced the viewing experience. I can't imaging watching sports without them nowadays.
Damn you showed a lot of lowlights from the falcons 😂
I have a feeling the uploader is a Saints or Panthers fan.
I mean they also showed them progressing to NFC Championship
@@ranelgallardo7031 he's a steelers fan
As a saints fan, goooooood
TheyHateMarc as a falcons fan FUCK THE SAINTS
2006-09 will always be my favorite. That was when I first started watching football
Mason 11 same here
Mason 11 -fax
My favorite won is the 2012 one
my favorite won
Find memories as a kid during that time
Here is the big question: Which scoreboard is the best?
2012-13
2014-15
2016
2010
2011
2017-Present
IDC about the rest, I'm not one of those oldheads about nostalgia, I like the newer ones better...
The one for Superbowl 51
2018 CBS
2011, 2012, and 2013.
Edit: mostly 2011 because I like they show their team logos.
2018
4:47 “looking for a block. Gets it!”
That was a weird block
It was a good enough block I guess. At 4:43 Jenkins dropped a pile of wood on Michael Floyd
slowed him down long enough
Go pandas
lmao he fuckin died, good block though?
I am also obsessed with this for some reason 😂
Also my fav is either 2011 NBC or 2018 NBC
SCT 2016 same
This is information I didnt know I needed
Exactly.
2006-2009 was the best looking scoreboard. The current format doesn’t look too bad.
100 percent, 2010-2011 looked garbage in my opinion
2001 and 2002 that audio of the dope laser effect sound that would play when the team scored! Fox should've never changed that.
I Agree 1,000% With You! That Laser Sound Effect should've stayed Set In Stone.
Neat video idea, should definitely do the CBS NBC and ESPN ones too
@James Vs. Movies the touchdown graphics changed
I liked 2018-19 cbs
Next do evolution of football uniforms (helmets, jerseys etc.)
Like this so my boy can see
Arsalan Chohan yes
They have some horrible and some great. 2017 was probably my favorite
2:15 The Mid 2004-late 2005 scorebug is easily my favorite one.
When I think of the NFL on FOX, I think this scoreboard. The whooshes, the “futuristic” sounds, it was so cool.
I love that 2011-13 scoreboard never forget the 2014 NFC championship game or super bowl 48
2006-2009 was by FAR the best and I won't hear anything else
Brings me good memories of watching my favorite team play in 2009
Those were some bloated scoreboards.
agree. Before the video I already thought 06 to 09 had the best one. Most of these other years are just too small, effortless, or just boring. 2011 and 12s weren't bad though
now Nick, be reasonable.... sincerely 2010
For anyone wondering what's the deal with the poor quality scoreboard at 2:39, there was a crazy snowstorm that prevented fox from using their normal production trucks. So fox ended up using a local Denver truck and reverted to using FSN graphics for that one game.
I actually wish they would use that scoreboard back then instead. But add touchdown animation,
2006-2009 are my favorites
2006-2009 scoreboard is the one I always remember. I like the 2010/2011 because they show the teams logo
I actually really like the current one. Very cleaned up with exactly the information you need.
The one for Super Bowl LIV was ugly but the art for the ‘TOUCHDOWN’ was sick af
Ikr I just wanted to see a tocuhdown
Veezy the bot hell of a game for once I haven’t enjoyed a super bowl in a long time
2006-2009 will always be my favorite one
06-09 with a shoutout to 04 and 11-13
Can't believe how many times the Lions showed up here.
The Scoreboard in 2004 and 2005 were my favorite ones growing up.
The 2010 scoreboard is sick as hell. Bring that one back.
this was a good idea, you should do ESPN/ABC next
The 2006-2008 and 2017 scoreboards are absolutely beautiful
Lol what a unique vid bro. Keep up the good work
Not that unique when somebody else has already made this video b4😂
Lol “unique”
Broncos Fan who else made this video before?
Highlight Heaven th-cam.com/video/VqacMfSvkII/w-d-xo.html
Needed more of the sound effect that plays when there’s points from like the 2001 scoreboard
I hate the 2016-2017 scoreboard reminds me so much of the Super Bowl 🤦🏽♂️
You got sum against the Falcons my guy 😂🤦🏽♂️
2004 was my favorite. This was also used for MLB. I loved the computer sound effects whenever someone scored.
Fun Fact about 2006: There was a technical issue caused by the weather in the area. So because of that, they had to use the Fox Sports Net equipment, which is why the scoreboard is something out of mid-2000s FSN.
Ahh thank you for making this video exist!! Honestly I didn't realize HOW often they changed it, I always felt it was like once every four years, though I noticed more minor tweaks I never did before.
Cant wait for that cbs
Good to know that I’m not the only one who likes scoreboards
lol
same
Time to UPDAAAAAAAAAATE!
Always like the fox score boards from the 1994-2000 with the little square in the corner with the time the score and the quarter nice and simple.
I love how every game's scoreboard (thumbnail) is within a TD except the Pats vs Falcons game....nice and subtle just how I like it.
i just had to be a troll and throw it in there
2:15 is my favorite. I like how the initials were colored and how it showed the teams logo when they scored. Oh and those numbers... 🔥
Yeah real funny with that score board of yours and the falcons...😢
honestly looking back at it I showed way too many clips of the falcons losing. Didn't even realize it. My choice of the plays for this video were pretty random
Highlight Heaven it’s all good bro haha
2010-2011 was for sure my favorite scoreboard. Had the team logos on there in a neat design
That 3rd and 37 conversion reminds me of playing against the All-Madden CPU... :(
Nfl channel: *exist*
Highlight Heaven: I’m about to end this mans whole career.
more like the other way around
Highlight Heaven yeah
Oh yeah, because of copyright.
Do all of them! CBS, ABC, ESPN, NFLN, all of them!
Also 3:58: lol best DBs are wide receivers!
2004 is an all time favorite for me. Also, as a Falcons fan, this video should've had a warning on it. Good God we know how to master heartbreak.
I liked the simple box ones. Pre-2000 and then 2013 looked pretty good to me.
2006-2009 is so nostalgic for me lol, 06 was right about when I started getting into football as an impressionable 6 year old, so that style just brings me back to my early childhood haha
As a saints fan, I was like, "Oh good, he didn't use the miracle in Minnesota game in 2017."
Then a year later.. 😪😓
Thanks for this. Networks change them up too often. Box in the upper left, box in the upper right, box in the lower left, box in the lower right, bar at the top, bar at the bottom. So many changes.
I liked 2004 and the one that they used for superbowl 43.
I'm an absolute geek for this stuff, this is the content I needed.
haha arent we all
Y'all remember the score summary alert sound from like 2000-2009? It was basically the first part of the fox nfl theme song except it was just a piano playing it
Jay D do they not still do that?
@@Joey007ist I don't think so it's been a long time since I've actually heard it
Fox changed the game forever
Awesome job. It would've been neat to also see the Holiday themed scoreboards they ran in the early 2010s (Like the leaves piling on Thanksgiving, snow during the winter months, and the Christmas lights for Timeouts)
Interesting how it's evolved and...unevolved over time. From a rectangular bug in the top-left, to a bar along the top, back to the rectangular bug, and then finally a bar across the bottom. Some of those older bar designs near the turn of the millennium really show their age.
I'll always associate the 2006-08 one with Super Bowl 42 and the 2012-2013 one with Super Bowl 48.
I didnt want to see that Bull game at the end.
But still good ass vid
sorry D:
@@HighlightHeaven youre a good creator its not your fault this is a great vid
@@postl3 yeah I can't please everyone. I just realized I put like 4 clips of the falcons getting beaten, didnt even pick up on that when I was editing. Thanks for watching though
Highlight Heaven thanks a lot lol
Highlight Heaven at least you put the one when we beat the Seahawks in the playoffs.
In 1994, there were previously no scoreboards like they exist today. It was super annoying flipping between games and not knowing the score right away. And there weren’t phones or an easy way to lookup scores at the moment. Fox changed the game with this and was really appreciated back then when the other networks finally caught up, which wasn’t right away.
My favorite is the 2017 NBC SNF scoreboard
Last video i said highlight heaven never dissapoints and here is more proof.who knew a video about a damn scoreboard would be so entertaining.
haha thanks
Doesn't the one from Super Bowl 51 look like elements from the periodic table? I swear that's what I always see from that FOX Scoreboards.
This is an interesting type of video I like it keep doing more!
alright thanks
06-09 will always be my favorite
ashdude55 it was just so simple and that’s when I started watching football
@@DaRealDeeJayJD same
That San Francisco/Denver clip 2006 had a FOX Sports Networks scoring bug instead of FOX's usual one at the time because of technical issues.
Lol the Superbowl 51 score. Also, was there a big jump in video quality somewhere between 2003-2004?! 2:13
The 2001 and 02 seasons were so badass! The teams colors blink when they score and has that laser effect. So cool!! 👍
Best near nfl comebacks please
2015 giants vs panthers
@@chickennuggets3684 the Giants still lost tho
RattleSnake532 he said NEAR comebacks
The scoreboard that was used in the SF-DEN game from early 2006 was not the actual FOX scoreboard. It's courtesy of what was then FSN Rocky Mountain, after a snowstorm curtailed FOX's logistics to get equipment out to Denver to cover that game.
I got a joke
Saints fan when clear pi:THOSE REFS ARE BLIND THATS A FLAG
Vikings fans in 2009: Am i a joke to you
W1ldc4rd Gaming 2020: 👀
ive been waiting for a video like this. I have a fascination with TV scoreboards for some reason.
I never really liked the scoreboard from 2014-15, it was just too damn small that you could barely see the timeouts and who was playing
R.I.P. Pat Summerall!
I’ve always loved his old time sounding voice and him and Madden were a classic duo!
My favorite all time is ESPN college scoreboard in 2007 and 2008 era
The fox scoreboard at the top left corner is iconic
Who misses that FOX scoreboard 3:27
edit: Also the one before
Remember MNF oval scoreboard 2006-07
Arsalan Chohan I do ;( also, GO STEELERS 💛🖤💛🖤💛🖤💛
The best score board ever! Especially the Christmas version with the lights for timeouts.
I miss them old fox scoreboards
2010-11 NFL on FOX scoreboard was the best, the 2017-Present scoreboard is also nice.
The 01-02 score bugs were my favorite the laser sounds flashing teams colored when they scored was sick
Super Bowl 51 3rd Quarter 2:12
Why have I been waiting for this video to exist
I think after the 28-3 memes they realized they had to take that scoreboard off :v
The falcons were told to tank
Andrew Grove source?
2:39 I don't remeber the exact reason, but the regular Fox trucks were trapped in snow or something, which is why that 2006 Broncos/49ers game uses the FSN graphics. It's the only instance where that happened.
oh really? i used an article to make this that showed that overlay in there for 2006. thanks for the info
@@HighlightHeaven No prob. I just read the info on Wikipedia and it is confirmed that that's the reason why that game used the (at the time) FSN graphics.
06 too 09 fox scoreboard was the best
Teal Town it was just so simple
FSN used that same scoreboard for their regional networks.
Same my favorite
Ive been waiting for someone to make this video for so long
2010 one looked the best 😂
What ever happened to post-game commentary? That was the best
Especially with Rich Eisen and Deon man I loved watching those
i think they stopped those once the NFL youtube channel started doing highlights
Now u got too update it for super bowl liv
Finally I’m not the only person who talks about scoreboards
Doug Pederson went off in that game in 2002
You youngsters have it good. FOX was actually the first network to leave the score up the entire game - but that didn't happen until they started showing NFL games in the 90s - 94 I think. When I was a kid, the networks would put the score up on the screen at certain intervals and only leave it up for a few seconds. So if you flipped the channel to another game, you'd have to wait until they put the score up to know what was going on. It was like that for all sports.
I was having a nice day being a 49ers fan
Until 2011 came
It had to be that damn kick smh
My favorite scoreboard is the one at 4:00. Everything you need to know all there and easy to read.
