Like your setup. Very efficient. I have very similar setup but w 2 axle trailer and a lund truck box up front to carry our hedge trimmers in the box(it just fits the trailer). Thanks for posting
Srm 225 gets the job done!!! Love how lightweight and powerful it is when it comes to weekly maintenance have the 2620 aswell then 111 still and if she's still struggling 131 BaBy!!!
Great setup mate!! I also run ferris mowers, 36Z1 and 52Z2. I almost bought the exact same truck instead I bought a grey 2023 custom trail boss 5.3L. Enough to tow a 6x12 enclosed trailer.
Have been using the 94r by stihl asni had 2 new ones from our 2ndncrew setup before we backed down due to staffing issues. Love the 2620 and 2620t. Will probably go get a couple more here soon as the 94r just doesn't have the hp/torque required for those messy jobs like you said.
Nice setup Richey! When you decide to get a newer stander will you stick with Ferris or go with that new Grasshopper stander you demoed a couple month's back? I love my Ferris mowers but would defiantly be interested in demoing that Grasshopper to compare it to Ferris. Currently I don't think any other brand mowers can touch that Z3X mower! It's a beast and so comfortable to use and cuts nice. I'd also like to see how those new 60" ICD decks perform that Ferris redesigned. Have a great 2023 season!
We do mostly commercial & added street sweeping to the shopping centers we do. Not sure what is worse, the masks, the wipes or the diapers 😂. Awesome setup
I'm a little envious...of that Ferris shirt! I bought a 3300 last year and asked the dealer for a Ferris shirt, but all they had to give me was a Hustler hat lol. And Echo/Shindaiwa rocks...I use a Shin 262 trimmer (I'm in FL, so yeah, it's "weedeater") and an Echo 9010 blower, they're both just great. You've got a really sweet setup there...by the way, what brand of tire shine do you use?
Hey I like the setup I’m a solo guy up here in New York. I had a question. Up here are season for mowing starts late April early-mid May and ends in October. What’s the season like down there?
I started using the efco DS 2210s trimmer, which is lighter than the echo 225 . Only 9 lbs commercial grade 1.1 hp. Great trimmer for the weekly mowing route. Great setup.👍
@@horninght good to know, thanks. I had a shindaiwa t230 that was actually a little weaker than the 225. Great for weekly, but really bad at anything else. Very light and comfortable until I ran over it 🤦

I miss cutting lol. Open trailers for me. But these days, holy cow you'll get robbed while you're cutting. Hopefully you're wearing gloves picking them masks up 😂. Rip old craftsman. I just dumped money into a craftsman too. Less than a year old, it's spitting oil from the valve cover, yard machines (who handles customer service for craftsman) don't care to hear about it. I don't know how I feel about the "never change oil" technology,
You’ll have to watch the video on why I drove and why I stopped. Been back to mowing for about a year now. Took a couple of years to truck to donate a part of my liver to my sister.
Awesome setup i like that you have it all setup how YOU want it. Not how everyone else thinks you should🤘
Great setup Plemons!! Hope your 2023 is awesome
Nice trailer too!
Looks like you've got a great setup. Everything you need to be efficient
Thanks brother. I’m sure it will change some as the season progresses and customer needs change.
yesirrr WEED EATER. looking sharp thanks for your time.
Thank you
Thats a nice setup man! Hope the season is going well for you. Glad to see more videos
Appreciate it! Going well so far. Hope yours is too brother.
@@PlemonsLawnCare thats good and mines going good too just dealing with these thick weedy yards growing like crazy with this weather.

Awesome! Thank you!
i love my pas225 got it this year and just picked up a new redmax 61'' so i can use my mz61'' as a backup now
I love the 29hp Kohler EFi on my 61 Scag V-Ride 2, plenty of power, and great on gas.
Nice setup. Truck and trailer look great.
Thank you
Check out the Tri-clone HEAVY DUTY trimmer heads for your next lawn care jobs

efficient trailer setup 💯
I've been meaning to do our new trailerless setup, just been lazy Lol
I’m waiting to see that J
Nice truck, I am a little jelly.
Thanks brother. Hope the Florida heat is treating you good this year
Great video and cool setup
Glad you enjoyed it brother. Thanks again Logan
Good to meet ya brother 🙏

I miss my trail boss. I loved mine
Trimmers on the roadside do make more sense because they're easier to maneuver. Blowers are more cumbersome/heavy
I agree
Still looking good my man!

Is there much weight difference between the RedMax and Echo trimmers?
Not much in my opinion it feels like the redmax is lighter.

Is that trailer axle a 3,500 lb or 5,200 lb axle? I thought 14 foot was the longest on a single axle. I currently have a 18 ft trailer.
It’s a 14foot I said 16 I guess in the video
Did you say 7x16 or 7x14 cuz I'd like to find a 16 single axle
It’s a 14 I mistakenly said 16
I could use an extra 2 ft on my trailer but I only have a 14 also

I use a tire cleaner that gives them a shine. It lasts about 3 months and doesn’t sling. Ocd and I like looking clean riding down the road.

Dual axles suck you chew up tires way too much
Both have the pros and cons
never trust anyone who pulls that much $ in equipment with a open trailer. Its called a business loan.
