Dr Kalish, the context, history and guidance on how a clinician can progress is incredibly valuable. While I am not yet a practicing clinician, as I'm undergoing training in Nutritional Therapy with ION in the UK, this has been very helpful. I am interested in the old report you showed, which was the original report you put together. How do I get a copy of that? Also, would like to know how I may consider being part of your programs as a current student. BTW - your enthusiasm and genuine friendliness is brilliant and I really enjoy how it comes across in your webinars and interviews. Thank you for your work!

I see that you are a knowledgeable guy that has great taste in cars but your explaining a very difficult topic and those of us that have this problem may not be able to tolerate your constant round about interjections. In other words your making me anxious. Please just the facts.
