There are 3 types I see who talk about this gun. People who love it, people that have never fired one, and people that have talked so much S that they can't admit that it's a great gun.
Quick update I now have 3,250 rounds through my g2c completely Flawless 0 malfunctions
Wow!!! 😳😳😳😳
Just bought one new...thanks for that!
@@robertallen6710 Bout 2 pick one up today! Hopefully it will do what I need it 2 do? Good luck with yours as well!💯✌🏻
Looking at Getting this for cc
I have two: one in black & one with the stainless slide. Love the ergonomics. Great for dry-fire laser training too with the double action.
I bought 2 and both are flawless with all types of ammo. First time in my life I bought a $600 pistol for $200. I'm all smiles!
I have one of these runs good couldn't find one better paid $250 plus tax fits my short stubby hands very well very accurate and the recoil is not all that bad
I bought 2 as well like a month ago it’s September 2022 , so happy with both of them I mean the value that you are getting for $220.00 unreal
Just ran 250 rounds threw my my new G2c and it shot flawless. I can't wait to shoot more. For the price this is a sweet little gun. Highly recommended if you need a great gun at a budget price!!!
The only issue I've had with the G2C is the slide release, which I don't use anyway. Everything else works great. I've put several 50 round boxes through the G2C and only had a feed issue twice. In both feed issue situations I released the round, put it in the next mag, and it fired.
*through*
I honestly think this gun maybe the most reviewed gun on TH-cam and the most popular gun for ccw
According to Alien Gear, it and the Shield are top selling holsters.
I'll say this I have the pt111 g2, but I fell in love and bought the taurus g2 slim, it's amazing and is now my edc.
It actually likes a 3 o'clock hold.
You make me feel great about my shooting abilities.
The wall on this trigger breaks farther back than most guns. I shoot it better by almost resting the joint of my finger pad on the trigger.
I just got the Taurus G2C and I love it already!
$199+ free shipping, 2-12rd magazines, compact, accurate and reliable. Now that's a REAL game changer.
g mc $199+ from where?
@@DREAD9DUMB6LIVE Palmetto State Armory

DREAD9DUMB6LIVE academy has them 199.99 right now. Just picked one up. If not have academy price match from palmetto.
Yep, That's where I got mine. Great price. The gun is really nice for $220 OTD counting FFL fee.
G2c stands for "Glocks 2 costly"
Carlos Trevino Lol that makes it easy to remember.
Lol
Well done Sir!

Taurus has redeemed themselves again with these PT111s G2 the PT140 G2 and G2Cs they really did their homework on these pistols
Im a gunsmith and I sell guns in the store I work, 15 years ago I wouldn't have owned a Taurus but, todays Taurus is a different breed, the G2C is nothing short of incredible, reliable and HALF the cost of of the P365. I have 2 of the G2C's for my personal use, I plan on another 2 as well 🇺🇸🇮🇪👍👍👍
@@IrishWariorKing
I had recently bought their 357 revolver Tracker 627. What an awesome trigger and gun.
This new G2C looks like Sig P365 with less than half the price..
@@BenHayat if ye buy one, you absolutely wont regret it. Even though its a small gun the recoil is surprisingly minimal and its funner ta shoot then some full size 9mm
@@IrishWariorKing
Thanks. It's the 12 round that attracts me. I have several smaller guns, but they are 7 rounds.
Having more rounds counts a lot in stressful situation. Even trained cops miss under stress. I like their revolvers. But this new one is like P365 with less than half the price.
40thStangGT for sure made me change my mind from the Glock 26 to this.. a real game changer.
Justin Opinion.... Thank you for doing this review on one of my favorite guns. I have the G2C in all black. I love the way it feels and shoots. I have not had any issues with the slide release at all. It is a comfortable conceal carry. In my opinion, the model stands Got To Carry.
My G2c has out performed my Glock 43, i have 3000 rounds through the G2c with no malfunctions at all. My Glock 43 had a malfunction the first day i took it out after buying it brand new, i am actually scared to trust my Glock 43 so i carry my G2c every day and use for home defense as well!
Jeff Everett Jeff I’ll give you 200 bucks for that ol defective Glock so you won’t be bothered with it any longer. JK, I have one I really like. But I am thinking of buying a G2C because I can get it for 179.00 new. I don’t think I would trust it to carry though. I could fix that Glock but can’t do a lot of fixing on the Taurus.
@@JPascal61 The G2c really doesn't need a lot of fixing,
but I did put on a set of metal Truglo tritium pro night sights ($65.03 on eBay)
And a trigger by Keep Tinkering ($30)...his trigger reduced the travel by close to 50 percent, and it doesn't go all the way to the frame before it goes bang.
Still for the pistol at $200 and the mods, $300.
I believe it makes it a $450 firearm.👍✌️
Good grief

I have just over 2000 rds through my pt111 g2c and not 1 problem....none. Taurus has earned my respect.
I bought a new 1st model ever of that basic Taurus gun from a local gunsmith. It was $250 retail and the disassembly and cleaning an operation are as simple as can be asked for. For fellows NOT into handguns and after a reliable and affordable 9mm with a lot of rounds available... this is hard to beat. I had a model CH85 long ago and it was well made also.
Just got one from Rural King for $154 after $25 rebate..Very good deal here in Tennessee
I recently picked up a new old stock G2c on Gunbroker for $125/$10 s&h. It's a nice unit.
I’ve had mine for 6 months. Love the capacity for such a small gun. I’ve have no issues so far. All kinds of ammo thru it. Plan on carrying this thing.
Great little gun. Replaced guide rod with stainless steel, and the striker springs and housing with steel, both from Lakeland. Smoothed out trigger.
I have 2 of the g2cs. I cleaned the striker channel out and smoothed up some edges that you noted. They shoot much better now. I gave 200 flat for one and 220 for the other. I still love my cz's but these guys are great for the money!
My first 9×19. Old revolver guy. Nice pistol. Piss on the critics.
I like your attitude.
Piss on the critics. That's a philosophy for life.
Great pistol. Not a great Budget pistol. A great pistol.
Excellent life philosophy
I love the Taurus PT111 Millennium G2 I bought as my first EDC, after I received my Utah Concealed Firearm Permit back in January 2017. I put 250 rounds through it with the original polymer striker guide and polymer guided recoil assembly, but then switched them out with stainless steel ones from Lakeline LLC. I’ve put another 1000 rounds through it since the parts upgrade and have not had a single malfunction or problem with it even with the original polymer parts.
And thank you 👍🏻👍🏻 I have the older pt111 g2 and it’s a great little pistol 800 rds in and no issues to speak of.
Jeff Same here mine is still humming right along with not one issue.
Glad you liked it. I’ve had one for about 3 years now. The trigger will get better with time and more rounds through her. Mine has been perfect in it operation since day one. No FTF or FTE. Mine was $270.00 out the door. Some have gotten them for about $200.00
I just recently got my G2C and I’m going to take my CWP class with it.
Love my taurus gun great reliable quality gun correctly priced putting all the expensive guns in shame!
Going on over 2000 rounds and still running flawlessly. Its fun to let Taurus haters shoot it and see how much fun they have with it.
My first shots were with Turan FMJ, it jammed. Cheap bullets! Was a charm when I changed them. Love my G2C.
Bought a new g2c two weeks ago for 223.00 total. I have same opinion about the trigger. Shoots better in a steady faster motion. I do like the reset. My single action breaks at just under 6 lbs. Gets better as its shot more. No malfuctions 300 rounds. I guess we will see in time. I like it. Thanks for the video.🖒
Just bought one a few weeks ago.. can't wait to try it out at the range.. I will be changing out the Trigger, Striker guard/Steel (plastic in it now) and Recoil assembly/Steel (some sort of composite material in it now)..
The Taurus G2C has two sears, one for cocked position and one for re-strike position. That would explain the two pound difference. A little work on the cocked position sear probably would fix it.
I've had this pistol for a couple of weeks. I bought it as a toss-in-the-glove-box gun that I don't have to worry about, based partially on this review. So far it seems like a good purchase. I took it to the range last weekend. I don't love the trigger but it's suitable for a defensive pistol. Accuracy was good. Reliability was good (with the one ammo type I used). Since I don't plan to carry it on my person very often (I have other carry choices) I do plan to get a couple of Sig P226 mags with grip spacers to have more rounds on tap and have more grip to hold on to.
I've had my G2C for a few months. I enjoy it a lot. I've since changed the slide rod and spring, and changed the firing pin guide. Much smoother trigger pull. Also, my sight was set low from the factory. Small adjustment, and it just about shoots where i point it. Not going too crazy with it, because it's my carry gun. My TH9 is for practicing.
I did the same to my G2C….I have a question for you about your TH9….I have one of those too….if you have a live round in the chamber…then take out the mag….pull the slide back to eject the live round….does the bullet fly out the side or does it drop down through the grip and out the bottom?
@@jamesmoore4003 it comes out through the slide. If yours is dropping through the mag well, you may have a problem with your ejector.
@@TeamNoAffiliation the empty cases eject out the side just fine when I’m shooting but when I take out the mag and pull the slide to get a live round out of the chamber it just falls down thru the grip and out of the bottom….I sent it off to Taurus and they sent it back to me and said that that was normal….I tried to tell them “NO …it is not” but I’m just getting the runaround from them.
@@jamesmoore4003 yeah, that's not right.
I own 2 Taurus G2c pistols, one black oxide and one silver oxide. they are perfect carry concealed weapons.
I added a Techna- Clip to one for apendic carry and the other is my truck gun. You can't get better value on a new pistol. They are amazing for the price.
Hi Wendy . Can you tell me , Does it hold up to sweat or does it rust over when carrying IWB ?
I did have a similar issue with the trigger on mine, after dry firing for 4 days on my half hour drive to and from work, now the trigger is very good.
The reset is amazing, Who goes all the way forward. I have both and sig p226 mags it never stops.
My guess is most people in a gun fight will forget about trigger reset.
Thanks for a very accurate, informative video. I bought one a couple months ago and am happy with the purchase.Trigger requires getting used to. I like the way it shoots. Minimal recoil.
Just bought mine today can't wait to get in the range with it u guys have made me feel good about my choice. I think I bought a good first gun.
I like mine. I ordered a stainless steel guide rod and a set of night sights for it. I have enough rounds through it to assign it to carry duty. Most likely a semi permanent car gun
James Rowe We have one and it stays in our vehicle. I love the gun. I’d like to add some night sights tho. What kind did you pick?
CLL1 I purchases the
Truglow set that were 69.95 I think. I love the tfx pro sights but wanted to keep cost down on a gun that would spend a lot of time un attended. The stainless guide rod is a good purchase as I had one of the plastic fail.
James Rowe Thank you sir! I’ll check those out!
I also added the Just Tinkering trigger and now it's a superb gun. Just need to refinish the slide and it's done.
@@t436 what is the Just tinkering trigger? Where do you buy it at? Thank you much for your time and help!
Looks to be a very nice pistol. I like the fact that you own your mistakes and don’t edit them out. I may just have to pick up one of these G2C’s. Never really shot any Taurus pistols but this one looks like a winner. Great job on the review Justin. I look forward to all of your videos.
I think that's why I like your reviews the most; you offer your viewers objectivity. I've owned several pistols and revolvers from Taurus. Are they my favorites? No, but they are all reliable and functional. I think the biggest surprise to me was my PT92. I shoot it better than my Beretta collection.
Love my g2c ran 250 rounds outta the box no ISSUES ran flawlessly. Smithed the slide and now its tighter than a baby Doe. Zero wiggle slop or play in slide and barrel. Smooth running tack driver .
Thanks for your review of the Taurus PT111 Millennium G2. I picked my first one up in July 2016. Since then I've picked up another G2C and a G3X, each in 9mm. I have just picked up a G2C in 40 S&W.
At the purchase point of $200.00 I purchased two and neither have an issue with the slide release, I'm on the petite side and not terribly strong.
I have seen a few other reviews stating the same difficulty, I guess I just got lucky with my purchase. Or taking it straight out of the box to the cleaning bench, cleaning & oiling the weapons before shooting them, might have made the difference...The only problem I've had is getting the twelfth round into the magazine
...
I had that magazine problem with a different gun because the spring was backwards inside the magazine :/
@@suspicioustumbleweed4760 I'm not sure how that could happen with this weapon, I believe the magazine springs are just tight & as I stated I'm not real strong. Perhaps with a bit of wear, I'll be able to load the twelfth round with ease...
JMO. That isn't a target gun. It is a defensive weapon. No time for pin point accuracy when you are being attacked. I'm not attacking you, I love your videos.
Just picked one of these up, headed to the range on Saturday..
I havent shot a semi auto pistol in 20 years , got one of these a week ago and could not believe how accurate i shot , never liked semi auto pistols until now , this gun is great , hard to find anything wrong with it plus it has all the safety features that i like .
Mine shoots low and to the left too. I can take out my Glock 19 and it shoots dead on. Next trip to the range I'll fix the sights. For $200 you can't beat this gun. The recoil is nice and it feels great to shoot. It's a winner!!
David S I had to adjust my sights as well
1_New Friend thts what adjustable sights are for lol
David S, IT doesn't shoot low and to the left; you do! Since you are an experienced shooter, it's most likely due to the Taurus not having as good a trigger as the one in your Glock 19. You can remedy the issue with regular dry firing sessions with your G2C.
Mine was shooting low so I went to raise the rear sight a hair... and as soon as I shoot it the screw rattles back to where it was and the sight drops all the way back down. It's gonna make dialing it in a little difficult, I'll probably get a vise and some loc tight soon.. but I've gotten used to where I need to aim for now. Overall I've had no firing issues yet from about 1,500 rounds. My girlfriend has one also and has had a couple double loads... not the best but damn good for the money.
I have the original PT111 G2. I love mine! Got it for about $220 and I have to say it's a nice gun. If anything the trigger just needs to be broken in. I have over 1,000 rounds in mine and it has a crisp break. I haven't had any problems out of mine!
I put a short throw single action trigger and a little polishing, it is really nice.this gun is shooter friendly and good for anything you need.
Good informative video. I think this is one of the best guns Taurus has produced...They seem to be plenty accurate and very reliable all while being a good size with good capacity... I have owned the earlier version PT111 G2 for several years now and several other friends also have owned theirs for several years, we have all had excellent results with them and no failures of any kind up to this point.
Your letting the trigger go forward too far after you fire.... It resets very early.. It has a very short travel distance to reset and then a very light pull to fire the next round.. Your missing the beauty of this trigger if you let it go all the way forward for each shot. Practice that.. then try it again. It's a great "quick firing" gun if you can stay on target (and that wasn't a cut on you) Nice video..
Very true
I get 5 out in less than a second off the draw with this gun. Your exactly right.
Great reset.
@@kyleseibert442 How long did it take for you to do that
@@turbo2greedy well I work a job where I can afford to shoot everyday, so it took about 5 to a week to get used to it and be able to have good grouping.
I still own my pt-111 G2 after having it for so long I hate to part ways with it ! I now own a s&w m&p shield.45 that gets most of my attention as I tend to carry it more! But I’ll be keeping my Taurus !
😂 Trying to be cool, he said -- "The Taurus. GS2. Let's just break it in!" After a dramatic forward aim toward the target. 😂
After a while the trigger improves, more than a hundred rounds tho. There are real nice upgrades available $60. Will go a long way for upgrades, trigger upgrade alone is $28.
Can't beat the ergos for the price. Basically, Taurus gave people what they wanted with this gun. idk what's wrong with other manufacturers
XD from Springfield is doing great too.
Free your mind and the rest will follow. Be maker blind dont be so shallow to borrow And change a few lines from a great song!! Dont let your old seated prejudice rob you of trying some really great and yes some not so great firearms. We are indeed fortunate to live in the best country in the world.
James Rowe i
Yes this gun is most popular and reliable for ccw great job taurus!
Been shooting since mid July. 1st bacic sw m&p AR15 with laser reticle then 9mm G2C.
Only pistol I ever shot. Still learning how to shoot from TH-cam University...grip, stance(50/50 weaver/isoceles), adaptation of cross eye dominance, sight picture, Center Axis Relock(probably need to perfect basics first),etc. SO MUCH to learn and practice. Not recommended on this pistol, but I dry fire practice in my room a lot(practicing SAFE handling...ALWAYS).
Go to range 1-2 days a week. Can pretty consistently group 3-4" at 7yd sending each round per 1-2 sec. Maybe I should try shooting another pistol to see what every reviewer means by long travel and trigger weight. At this point dont know any different.
You're off to a good start. Keep it up.
Dry firing will not harm the gun even tho their manual says not to. Got that straight from a Taurus rep on the phone. A good way to practice, and to break in/smooth out the trigger. You can always use snap caps if dry firing worries you. Snap caps are a great thing to mix in in your mag for live fire drills clearing a misfire. Load several mags differently and mix them up so it's not predictable or have someone else load them...
Love my G2 btw...have 2 of them...also Shields and an LC9s. Love them all...
I like you, great honest review sir. They called this a budget gun but it really is only a budget gun in price mainly. The trigger is not the best quality but it's Damned serviceable and the sights that come from the factory are non luminous and plastic. The factory guide rod is also plastic in addition to the factory Striker guide. A lot of that grittiness and hook up or hang up your feeling in the trigger just before break has to do with the striker guide. If you replace it with a Lakeline LLC stainless Striker guide you will notice a world of difference in the break of the trigger. For under $100 shipped you can go steel fiber optic sights, stainless steel guide rod and stainless steel Striker guide. You will be shocked at the difference it makes. I'm currently going to replace the factory trigger with the Asmund short stroke trigger from Galloway Precision, should pretty much make it the perfect package after that and I'll have no more than $130 total invested in the weapon.
I love my G2C flawless
The grip texture is great Mary!
I bought mine just as a Truck gun, not thinking much about it. Then I took it to the range, wow, was I surprised on how good it shot! Great pistol for the money. As for a head to head with the 365, I own both also and I can see them on a close level.
3oh I love mine! I’m debating on getting a shield or the M&P 2.0 3.6 barrel version. There’s so many choices! But that’s a good thing! Lol
I own both too! I like small guns with a large capacity!
Rob P wondering what you got because that’s also the debate I’m having am also thinking about the g26
Just picked mine up. Polishing the feed ramp and installing stainless guide. Then gonna shoot Winchester.
Good review, explanations. 239.00 in stainless. In store.
Taurus has really gotten their shit together with this firearm and their new Taurus Hammer series over the last couple of years. I own a Taurus Hammer 40 cal and I fucking love that gun.
I have two G2C's...on stainless one black, neither of them have the rough edged safety plungers in them...I would say you got a defective, non-deburred part installed in yours. I am very happy with the two I have.
The trigger is like a V2 LEM trigger, the V1 lem is 5.5 and the V2 LEM is 7.7,my P30 in .40 has the heavy v2 lem. Great video and excellent presentation. I recommend your channel to all I know.
Thats a pretty fair review of the G2. It's trigger is kind of funky, but will get a bit smoother over time.
Your accuracy was about par for the course with the G2.
It's a good self defense weapon, but it's not a nail driver.
I do like the double strike capability on it. I've had mine and the PT709 as well for quite awhile.
No reliability issues.
Mine can barely release slide via lever but over time it will eventually be easy to do so. I love it so much.
I'm an old revolver guy. I believe most modern triggers are way too light for personal defense. I had a SIG 320 whose trigger dropped below 5.5 pounds after break-in. I traded it for an old S&W 6946 double-action-only pistol with a trigger pull designed to match the double action revolver pull cops were used to in the 90s. BTW, I have a couple of the old Millenium Pro series pistols. They were regular parts of my carry rotation before I switched back to revolvers (Kimber, Colt and Taurus are all making small frame 6 shot revolvers now). Good video.
Manual safety makes up for it. I recently got an hk p2000 with lem trigger. Lighter than a revolver but has a very long pull. I typically prefer an hk DA/SA for my own carry. The p2000 I got for my wife and kids to train on.
@@dcar7446 The vast majority of people who will get into a self defense situation with bullets buzzing their ears will not be thinking whether the trigger pull is light or heavy.
I have the same G2C with the same color scheme. I love it so far
Yes, thank you! I am not the only one who prefers emptying ammo boxes evenly, row by row... But seriously my Pee Tee Eleventy-one also shot a bit low out of the box, but a quick tweak of the rear sight took care of that kink.
Another good video, I've had mine for several years without any issues. To me it's a double stack Shield, I think it's a great choice for a "truck gun".
That's what I'm thinking I'm gonna use it for lol
This guns main purpose is to be used as a edc for up close and personal like snub nose revolvers fast shooting at close range that's really were this little 9mm shines it's not meant for plinking down range or crazy cool features just a bare bones 9mm that goes bang every time you pull the trigger on it
Really the new warranty sealed the deal for me.
Low left = plucking the trigger. Squeeze gently and stay with the reset. Don't go all the way back with each shot. Just a thought.
I just purchased a G2C n absolutely love my gun.
2:29 how were you able to shoot again when you shot the last round and the slide locked back? I didnt see you change the magazine
saw that too. lol
Lmao that was the fastest reload I ever seen
Y'all blind as hell LMAO
The video totally transcends right before he starts talking about the slide lock🤦🏾♂️
I just brought one and I love the feel everything about it’s great
Don’t feel bad. As long as the target is in front on me it’s safe. Really saves me money not having to buy new targets.
Elijah Brooks 😂😂😂 lmfao and Im a PT 111 owner. With a little sight adjustment and practice you will get good with the gun. He just hasn't got the "learning curve" with it. Love your comment 😂👍🔫🇺🇸

The bleeding hostage should have been the first clue : )
Awesome review as always . . .
I have had a PT111 G2 (basically the same thing) since 2015 and NO malfunctions with ANY ammo. I bought it for $200...so WHY NOT? I also own a S&W Shield, Beretta Nano and Kahr CM9. All great guns. The Taurus has a 12 rd. magazine, the others, not more than 8 rounds. FWIW, I carry them ALL in the same DeSantis soft tuck IWB holster!
My ONLY complaint is the Taurus has VERY aggressive texturing on the grip which is good for a solid hold, but BAD for abrading my tactical muffin top. The new S&W is also guilty of this, but I have the older model. The climate where I live is not conducive to t-shirts under regular shirts, or even socks or long pants. I have no problem when I carry it in an OWB holster.
That's exactly why I put the rubber Talon grips on it. Makes a world of difference.
I own the PT111 and it's one of my favorites. And I also own a glock 19 and a s&w 2.0 compact
The G2c is a perfect carry, 13 rounds and dependable as you can get great gun!! This gun just fits perfect for a carry gun, i love the 13 round capacity and it feels light when carrying! I went out yesterday and got to 400 rounds through it and the gun runs great no problems at all and i haven't even cleaned it yet! Like i said in other post this gun by the end of 2018, the reviews are going to be so good for this G2c it will be the best gun Taurus has ever put out, it is that good!!
Hi I have three of this guns two pt111gen 2 stainless & FDE just bought the G2C FDE all run GREAT EACH HASE ALEAST 750 rds through it upgrades are LAKELINE LLC PRODUCTS , GUIDE RODE, FIREING PIN GUIDE & FIBER OPTIC SIGHTS. Paid 215.00 for each gun & 100 each for the LAKELINE LLC PARTS. Can't beat that deal,,!!!
I just had a chance today to buy a G2 the one with the key that goes with it. I really did not want one of those but i was thinking if they run as good as the G2c why not. I think i might buy it tomorrow put my light and lazer on it leave it out in my garage hid for emergency's which you never know. Its not always someone or another person attacking you , it could be a pit bull or mountain lion and heck even a black bear which we have all where i live. I can get the G2 for $150.00 used like new, why not you really cant beat it!!
I switched out trigger with a keep tinkering Sao short stroke trigger and what a difference
Same here, totally new gun. Less travel, no pinch, flat trigger, I prefer the rear sight with dots. Win win
I owned the PT111 Millennium Pro 9mm, however the magazines sometimes dropped out during shooting, So I sent it back to Taurus but they couldn't fix it, So they replaced it free of charge & paid for everything including a new G2, shipping & transfer fees.
Ha! Glad I'm not the only one that loads even numbers to keep the rows even in the box!
Its a smidge of OCD. I got a turkish gun. But it was really difficult to load the 14th round in it but it really bugged that i couldnt do it easily lol.
Taurus MILLENNIUM PT 111 G2 is One of the very best 9MM available..paid 350 dollars for mine in 2015 not one single issue and came with a life time warranty..i carry the Hornady Critical duty 135 grain + P Flexlock Ammo in it..i would never part with it for anything else...
I've had a g2c for over a year. 2k+ rounds through it. I've put good and trash ammo through it. I clean it around 500 rounds. I had a mag with an issue when fully loaded, but somehow that's worked out. No malfunction that couldn't have come from ammo or from the annoying mag when I first got it.
I chose this over the Sig P365. Too many issue reported with that one. This is a wonderful shooter though and I am not disappointed. Good job Taurus!!
(I favor low left too btw)
Those back sights can be adjusted...just found that out myself
Came back to continue watching the video. I only with they came with a decocker!
Had about 2000 rounds thru mine. Started having double feed problems. Had to send it back to Taurus. It cost me over half the price of the gun to ship overnight (required) back to Taurus. New extractor and extractor spring. Repairs were quick. 2000 rounds and needs repair. Not good.
I like the stainless steel slide, its what I have on my 24/7 G2. I like it top heavy it helps these polymer guns manage recoil!
Another Excellent 1st 100 video my friend. I enjoyed the Show! Beretta Sr.
BERETTA9mmUSA We want to see you review this gun Beretta SR!
Lilnasty 2988 I would like too..... Taurus are you listening? Send me one and I will shoot the heck out of it! Beretta Sr.
I have a 111, and took a light grit paper to the stippling on the skin, carry side of my grip. Just enough to knock down some of the aggressive stippling. I love the gun.
Just got mine Wednesday and shot my first 100! Not bad for $250!!
Andy Kaufman you can get them all day for$170
Tyler Blair yeah you can but there is shipping expense, transfer fee etc. My gun shop had them for me handle and they offered lifetime warranty.
169 no tax free shipping and 25 for transfer for me
You must've shopped at combat armory
Ok ok I could have paid less. I am very surprised that the trigger wasn’t bad at all and yes it feels nice in the hand. I will be replacing the recoil spring with Lakeline model.
This is my carry gun. I love it!
I looooove my G2C 3200rds thru it I upgraded the guide rod before I fired it I've never had an issue
Atticus Lupum is your trigger weird like his too?
Maximus Joseppi it was weird at first took some getting used to but after a few trips to the range it's a really nice shooter trigger and all
what guide rod did u buy?
Thiago Fernandes I bought the Galloway precision guide rod it was right around 30$ I recently cut a bit of uv paqlite for the front sight and set it in it came out really well and glows incredibly I wish I could post some photos of it
Atticus Lupum what made you change the rod? I'm thinking of purchasing one of these.
Break that thing in man! That’s a common problem with new guns is breaking the trigger in!
This new G2C only has a one year warranty, while it's predecessor the G2 had a lifetime warranty. Considering it only has a one year warranty- it should be no more than about $179.
the G2C...is far better..then the 111....it don't need no damn warranty!...
Bama Sux never used a warranty on a firearm yet
Mine was 211 dollars i dont mind
+Apple Lysol ...negative...G2C has thicker slide rails, the same used on the 40cal....thicker trigger safety...different slide finish...
funny enough, i just bought one at a local shop, out the box brand new for 180, with a buyable lifetime warranty for another 25. total 205$ and worth it!
I've put 500 rounds in this weekend and it has only FTE with Federal aluminum cased rounds. She's very happy with Blazer Brass 115g. I adore this pistol.
Steven Bradl I’ve put around 1500 thru mine. No issues. I’ve put aluminum, steel, brass and defensive ammo thru it. Like butter. I guess I’m lucky!
I shot 147 Sig Crown Vic self defense and various other 147 gr range ammo thru my G2c and it handled it all just fine.
I just bought one today! Thanks for a great review video! Randy
Wow that thing looks GOOD!!!
Yea the stainless is nice. I had the olive green one but some MF stole it out of a hotel I was staying in.
