The two state solution died in 2000 when Arafat rejected the best of all possible deals. Israel is not going away, but will expand. It's time for the Arab states to normalize relations with Israel, absorb the "Palestinian" Arabs, and force Islam to evolve to cease it's demands for destruction and conversion of all non Muslims.
