I Remember When: Andre Provencial and Water Treatment and the Woodstock School and Mike Baltier

Looking back on a man who became a specialist in water treatment and quality, Andre Provencial, who now has a municipal water plant named after him. He left a large collection about the field to the Fitchburg Historical Society. Also, an interview from March 2020 with Michael Baltier, who was one of the educators at Fitchburg's experimental "Woodstock School." The school brought ideas about African-American education and the Harlem Academy to Fitchburg in the early 1970's.
