MMDA Dapitan and Blumentritt

Confiscation of goods is always a last resort for the MMDA. But after so many visits and so many warnings, the MMDA started to confiscate goods from the Christmas stalls at Dapitan.
The target area was actually Blumentritt but on the way they passed through Dapitan and noticed many of the vendors had returned to the sidewalk.

Sa Hong Kong may disiplina mga vendors dun, kaya maluwag kang naglapakad sa sidewalks.. Sa gabi meron night market, sarado buong kalsada hanggang 10pm..

Kagagawan yan ng mga Mayor at mga opisyal ng barangay unit.
Kung pinatutupad nila ang LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE ( na ewan ko kung BINABASA ng mga KUMAG na yan)
nakikita nila yan pero mistula silang mga BULAG. Pero, kapag nagpapasa sila ng ORDINANSA, complete attendance ang mga UGOK dahil LIBRE ang meryenda katulad ng JOLLIEBEE, OKOY, TURON at may PA SOFTDRINK PA.
DAPAT PANAHON NA PARA TANGGALIN ANG LEVEL NG BARANGAY UNIT. Walang pakinabang eh.

Kaya nga illegal eh haha, LGUs din na kinukulang sa pagwarn o pagbigay awareness sa mga to, but at the end of the day illegal nga eh wala silang pake kahit MMDA/PULIS etc ang maninita. May pagkukulang ang gobyerno sa totoo lang, pero di rin maaayos pag hindi rin compliant ang taumbayan. Sobrang hirap na problema talaga ang tug of war mindset ng Gov at mamamayan.

Hindi pwede sa inyo kalahati ng bangketa! Hindi din chairman at mayor magbibigay sa inyo yan! Sa national government ang public roads and sidewalks! Hindi paninda ang dapat hakutin.
