Hi! Thanks for sharing this video. I did as you showed, but made a huge mistake and the fin got glued with epoxy resin inside the fin box. Any ideas of how to remove the fin now? Tried pretty much everything so far with little success, from heating to hammering the fin...
Great video! You epoxied your 1800euro iq carbon mast in an old board! Why not use a fin and measure the angle.. Maybeiqfoils are cheaper in denmark than in sweden?
Foils are very cheap in Denmark,,,,, not. To be honest I thougt my separeration with film would be good enough, if there ever is a next time I will use wax instead.
I did the same work to the foilbox of my formula board to use with the iQFoil and it’s working great.

@@joaorodrigues5945 I think the only way is the mechanical removal of the resin. I don’t think there is anything that can dissolve epoxy

@@surferkaspert4679You can get polyvinyl alcohol release agent. Its a lot better to use.
