Don't get me wrong, all of this was horrible and sad but i'm just imagining that lady spending all day throwing water on that seal trying to save it and the police come over and just shoot it in the head (probably in front of her) what a rough end to a already tragic video :(
I love the culture and people of New Orleans, but living near the ocean in a place that’s below sea level is just asking for disaster, levees aren’t gonna stop Mother Nature
baby you don’t get it. the storm passed and it took YEARS to revamp nola. there was no help, pure abandonment, do some research love. nature ruined the city but the system failed our people!
@@keelyndiggs9266 yeah I get that, and I’m aware of that. My comment was saying geographically New Orleans is gonna be acceptable to these disasters because it sits below sea level, it wasn’t about how the government failed the city after the disaster which like I said I’m quite aware of, I also mentioned the levees which is the state of Louisiana job to maintain and they failed, the fact that people were stranded and had to live in deplorable conditions especially at the super dome, the devastation that happened in lower 9th ward and not to mention OPP and the retirement homes.
The levees broke because the Army Corps of Engineers cut corners to save money. Katrina was a monster storm on its own, but New Orleans was as catastrophic as it was because of human error and incompetence.
The quality is amazing
Completely heartbreaking
He looks exactly the same.
I’m surprised this was almost 20 yrs ago and he looks the same, only no glasses back then
It’s good genes, or possibly Botox lol

@@ColinFromSpringfield Just the facts
Definitely seems like it was a conspiracy

you gotta be actually stupid to think that
@@alluringstorms2275compared to 9/11, this definitely seems much more likely to be a conspiracy.
