- The Baltimore Ravens blew another lead, this time a nine-point one to the Jacksonville Jaguars with a final score of 28-27. This is the Ravens fourth straight loss when leading by multiple scores in the second half. A late go-ahead two point conversion from Trevor Lawrence to Zay Jones. After the game, a fan called out Lamar Jackson, saying that the Ravens should let him walk and spend the guaranteed $250 million elsewhere. Lamar clapped back, saying quote: 'Shut the F up' and called him a 'MFer who doesn't know football.' Emmanuel Acho, Joy Taylor, LeSean McCoy and David Helman share whether they are worried for Lamar or not.

They don't need him to play defense they need him to score. If you have a 21-point lead and you allow them to come back that means you did not do your job because you need to score more points as they score points. In today's NFL, defenses aren't allowed to do much. The old Ravens defense would get a flag on every play. It is up to the offenses to outscore the other team to the very end. Teams need a really clutch QB.

@@biigcj3200 Last 10 seconds I am not sure if the check down to Oliver was the play call but it just took too long to develop. Also, the box score does have some important details like being 0-3 in the red-zone, converting any 1 of those for a td would have probably put this game out of reach for the Jags. Red-zone struggles have been a constant theme for us as far back as the Bills game.
I'm starting to really not like the way this show is going. When Lamar balls out they hardly mention him but as soon as he has a bad day here cones Acho with his BS.
Because there are many viewers that don’t rock with him/duel threats/black qbs in general, got to appeal to all football fans.

Football’s a complementary sport. That’s why punting exists. The defense is blowing the leads, but the offense has to take some blame for not scoring or even holding onto the ball in the 2nd half of games. In this game, they didn’t score a point in the 3rd quarter. When you allow a young, feisty team to hang around, you give them confidence, and even a great defense can only get stops so many times in a row. The number of possessions the Jags had in the 2nd half and the amount of time they had the ball is unacceptable, and it wore down the defense until they finally broke through. So yes, the D blew it. But an MVP QB who wants $250M in guaranteed money needs to be able to drive down the field and put points on the board when the team needs to. Lamar isn’t doing what he needs to do to win.
