Y’all can come at me for saying this. But, Caucasian women are nice because they don’t have to endure the same struggles black women do. Black women are taught that another sister is our enemy. Even you with that sentence that “black women need to get on that level” that shows you how society has you hell bent on saying that. You were with a group of black females that I am sure are nice? So why say that? Black women can be nice, we however have been thought to fight. Is it something we need to come out of, absolutely but it’s going to take time and healing to come out of that mindset. Not a back handed comment comparing black women to white women. I’m sorry that just rubbed me incorrectly and while it might have been coming from a place of love. What would have been better would be I hope black women can get the healing necessary to better themselves to a point where they don’t feel they need to fight and just love.
I would never come for you, I encourage your perspective and I will share this with my best friend. It's easy for us to forget what you said because we are taught to fight and we have been taught to see each other as the opps. I hate to see it. It was refreshing to see the white women showing us so much love but I do agree with you on we hate each other because it has been taught for us to be that way, we have to unlearn that behavior.
