- Boulangerie Kokoro is a bakery in Hirakata City, Osaka Prefecture, which is closely related to the local area. The owner, Mr. Okamoto, has a history of being involved in bread making at famous stores, such as Boulangerie where he studied bread making at BURDIGALA and was assigned to the bakery department at the Ritz-Carlton Kyoto at a young age. Under such circumstances, he wanted to make bread that could see the faces of the customers, so he made an all-open bakery with a glass-walled From early morning until 7 o'clock when the store closes, the amount of work that keeps making bread is unusual. Still, Mr. Okamoto said that he never thought it was amazing, just The shop keeps making bread almost without holidays. Such shops are crowded with locals every day. On this day, children from the neighborhood came to the store to help.

The designs of some of the bread are really unique. All the pastries and bread look absolutely tempting and delicious. Wish I could be at the shop to buy one of each type. What a lucky town to have a pastry shop with a pastry chef from a first class hotel!
