- We were photographed at Boulangerie Galopain, a 15-minute walk from Kitaoji Station in Kyoto.
This bakery is popular for its authentic bread made by the French owner.
The baguettes, in particular, are crispy on the outside but moist and delicious on the inside, and they are very popular among regular customers.
The interior of the store is also lovely, with French sundries and other items here and there.
The owner says she only gets an average of about three hours of sleep a day, so we were able to watch her hard work up close as we savored the baked goods with great care and appreciation.

FANTASTIC!!! He is one of my favorites! You did such an excellent job! So many close ups of the amazing breads and the education he gave was so satisfying. Most satisfying was seeing his happy face when people purchased and they were so kind to leave their change in the hopes of MORE delicious bread in the future. Very heartwarming to him and me as well. Great video guys!
