SuperSonicRocket, true. Though I think the main problem is, it would be a Super Sonic clone really. Hyper Flash is really just Hyper Sonic's version of Boost just like Super Sonic boost is Super Sonic's version. It would be cool yeah, but I think the developers think there is no need to and people might complain about Hyper Sonic being a Super Sonic ripoff.
Hyper sonic is barely different from super sonic, instant acceleration is about the only thing better than what super sonic already offers.

It's actually just a reskin of modern and classic sonic they still have there running animations but they look like they're hyper but they're actually not.
