The ingredients show silicones, Glycerine, Candelilla wax and Sodium Hyaluronate which explains why it wasn't sitting dry but way more glowy n stuff. Its so disappointing but it seems like all the 4 in 1 kind of products that sound easier to use, actually aren't all they claim to be :/

@@MagdalineJanet Well. I tried the tinted balm in medium 10. It was too dark. Lol. It definitely feels like a balm. I don't mind it even though I'm combo skin type. I want it because it gets colder at night in the mountains. It has great moisturizing properties. It felt too gross on my neck though. Lol.
