What industries looks for when hiering a data scientists?
Demand is high for the role
Compute has become higher, storage is easier
But the tallent didnt evolve (reading between the lines, the recuriters are ok with a 60% or a 7-% data sceintist who is willing to learn)

Data science is more than just coding, its about statistics, its about understanding data modelling, and understanding business and its constraints. One should have the maturity to apply all of these skills.
