      @@tannerkottwitz3883 that's funny because I have one doing the same thing but it's so intermittent I can't find the problem. Already replaced both joysticks and workgroup controller. Looks like a wiring harness next.

      @tannerkottwitz3883 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@tetradgroup I don't think my problem is any joystick I'm gonna check the resistance of the can bus and see what it is. First time it did it to me I moved dirt for 30 min and it was only right joystick base failure. Then I cleaned hub controller, and cab and a bunch if other connections moved dirt for 30min again and got all the joy stick and keypad codes. Check the harness saw no problems. We had another t66 with a similar problem guy cleaned connectors and couldn't get it to replicate and he moved dirt for 3 hours

      @@tannerkottwitz3883 I hope you figure it out, mine will run 3 or 4 days without an issue then it will act up out of nowhere and by the time I get to jobsite it runs fine again. I see the stored codes but can't replicate. CAN test fine but of course it's not broke when I get to it. Very frustrating.

    Hi. If my actuator is still good, but i need to remove it to do spool seals, what voltage should i use to move the actuator without doing any damage to it? 12v?

    • @tetradgroup

      Some places will train their mechanics and have ongoing continuing education. I did not have any heavy equipment experience when I first started working for Caterpillar in Georgia. One of these days I hope to have an online course for those that want to learn a little more about heavy equipment. Best of luck to you!
