there are 2 cases : you progresively go towards the i am error room ( the map being 13x13 if i'm not mistaken ) with small odds OR you have infinite charges ( habit + every form of dmg + heal ) where at that point you could just min max the entire floor completing the 13x13 grid .

to be fair, binge eater + libra is arguably one of the strongest 2-item-combinations in the entire game. Libra removes the one downside that binge eater has (that it makes you slow) and also uncaps your tears stat. That libra just so happens to also synergize really well with quad shot is just the cherry on top
