Unfortunately that suspension will fail again quickly because you made mistakes You torqued the bolts when the car was not on the ground The rubber bushes will now be under significant pressure as 166 has quite long rear suspension movement Also bad rear camber is 90% connected to lower hub bush and inside bush on lower arm Both are bushes with bearings inside
Hello. The torque was done with the subframe down, similar to the correct level of the car. Other brushings are not rubber inside, they float 360 degrees. There is no problem to torque them like this.
Hello I have the phase 2 166. I want to replace the exterior window trim on both front doors. Do you know how to do it without breaking every clips. Thanks Best
Hello "Alfa Romeo? No Problem!" I saw that in your channel have some problems. For these problems your channel is not much growing. Not getting much engagement. If you can solve these problems, Your channel will get more engagement. If you can give me permission I can tell to you about these problems. Can I tell here or email? Okay?
I am struggling with my ride heights on my 166. Right front is higher than left front and left rear seems completely collapsed. Now I haven't looked into it very much yet but I read somewhere that the right front strut on the 166 is longer than the left front strut and that that is supposed to be this way. Yet it can make the left rear ride lower when the rear springs are worn. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Why would the right strut be longer than the left !?
Hello. I'm thinking here that you may have broken springs. To check out shocks, springs and more: th-cam.com/video/8BrTbLmsaH4/w-d-xo.htmlsi=BHXG0Jx1VFRNoAi9
Funny story went to do an alignment on my 156 wagon and they couldnt do rear wheels because one of the previous owners put both left longitudinal suspension arms, on both wheels 😅 and no they aren't symmetrical
@@alfaromeonoproblem somehow its not that noticable from the outside i assume they just adjusted the alignment all the way to make it as close as possible
Thank God my rear suspension is still good on my 166...
Great video.
I took off my complete last suspension and changed all the parts because it was easier to work than while everything was on the car.
Yes, that is my assumption too
Nightmare job. Hope I don't ever have to do it. But nice to see you handle it well Bruno.
After this one I did two more, they were much better
❤

@@alfaromeonoproblemnone of original bushings float 360
Only if you put powerflex/strongflex
@dominiksruk2855 these ones do that. Original ones. On control arm

Hello. They are quite rare here in Portugal, never done that. I'm not sure I can help you
